听晓鸿。晓鸿度将旦。跨弱水之微澜。发成山之远岸。
怵春归之未几。惊此岁之云半。出海涨之苍茫。入云途之瀰漫。
无东西之可辨。孰遐迩之能算。微昔见于洲渚。赴秋期于江汉。
集劲风于弱躯。负重雪于轻翰。寒溪可以饮。荒皋可以窜。
溪水徒自清。微容岂足玩。秋蓬飞兮未极。塞草寒兮无色。
吴山高兮高度。越水深兮深不测。羡明月之驰光。顾征禽之驶翼。
翼伊余马之屡怀。知吾行之未极。夜绵绵而难晓。愁参差而盈臆。
望山川悉无似。惟星河犹可识。孤雁夜南飞。客泪夜沾衣。
春鸿旦暮返。客子方未归。岁去欢娱尽。年来容貌衰。
揽衽形虽是。抚臆事多违。青緺虽长复易解。白云诚远讵难依。

沈约（441~513年），字休文，汉族，吴兴武康（今浙江湖州德清）人，南朝史学家、文学家。出身于门阀士族家庭，历史上有所谓“江东之豪，莫强周、沈”的说法，家族社会地位显赫。祖父沈林子，宋征虏将军。父亲沈璞，宋淮南太守，于元嘉末年被诛。沈约孤贫流离，笃志好学，博通群籍，擅长诗文。历仕宋、齐、梁三朝。在宋仕记室参军、尚书度支郎。著有《晋书》、《宋书》、《齐纪》、《高祖纪》、《迩言》、《谥例》、《宋文章志》，并撰《四声谱》。作品除《宋书》外，多已亡佚。
