真龙真虎原无象，谁为起模传此样。若于无象里承当，又落断常终莽荡。
青青白白太分明，也是无风自起浪。时人要识真龙虎，不属有无并子午。
休将二物浑沦吞，但把五行颠倒数。根芽本是太玄宫，造化却在朱陵府。
虽然运用有主张，毕竟虚灵无处所。一条大道要心通，些子神机非目睹。
忽然迸开顶额门，勘破木金同一母。高高绝顶天罡推，耿耿银河斗柄戽。
兴云起雾仗丁公，掣电驱雷役玄武。瞬息之间天地交，刹那之顷坎离补。
虎从水底起清风，龙在火中降甘雨。云行雨施天下平，运乾龙德功周普。
人言六龙以御天，孰知一龙是真主？人言五虎透玄关，孰知一虎生真土？
会得龙虎常合和，便知龟蛇互吞吐。圣人设象指蹄筌，象外明言便造言。
言外更须穷祖意，元来太极本无○。得意忘象未为特，和意都忘为极则。
稽首束斋赵隐居，彻底掀翻参学毕。

李道纯 ，湖南都梁（武冈）人，宋末元初著名道士。字元素，号清庵，别号“莹蟾子”。精于内丹学。李道纯博学多才，他的内丹理论兼容并包，系统非常完整。其师王金蟾为道教丹功南宗白玉蟾之弟子。李道纯融合内丹道派南北二宗。其内丹理论以“守中”为要诀。 故后人称其为内丹学中的中派。
