青口龙子为龙时，阳精洞丘谷。
神行物无碍，摧山如剖竹。
青口当其涂，长峦势奔蹙。
砉若万羽林，分行避黄屋。
祇今苔藓壁，即是群山腹。
天空堕石罅，雷与斫云足。
鬼斧一以劖，神鞭驱不续。
踯躅花其巅，聊舒游者目。
第五泄白蜺饮晴壑，一饮万人鼓。
腥风喷涎沫，下有神龙府。
倾崖与回薄，犷石佐虓怒。
十里骨立山，洗濯无撮土。
遥源杳何处，落地名第五。
客来泉亦喜，舞作千溪雨。
赤脚立雨中，衣沾翳厓树。
廿年成始至，重游在何许。
凭君铁锥书，一破苍苔古。
白龙井招提万山里，门与苍崖对。
尝闻白龙井，窈出清溪外。
沿洄未觉远，忽抵前山背。
半壁仙屋深，回峰洞门碍。
奇峦互倾仄，飞溜各形态。
厓松老将化，石笋看来大。
磐谷戴土耕，寒苗接流溉。
蹊幽生晚畏，径转添新爱。
已谓人境穷，蓦与村翁会。
息肩支短策，洗足坐鸣濑。
但见玄发垂，安能辨年辈。
因知云雾间，神仙宛焉在。
第一泄宋景濂记云：“诸泄惟第四级不可至，或以絺围腰
，系巨筏俯而瞰其取道，盖从巅上下耳。
”僧言山下有细路，缘厓可上，则四泄皆可至也。
时方雨，险滑不可置足，褰裳从之。
从者多谏，罢归寺。
诘朝，步上响铁岭，从山腰得斜径，攀挽而行，临其巅望
之，四瀑皆宛宛可见。
夫匡庐、雁荡一级水耳，犹得名，况五泄耶！山雨无崇朝
，青苔助岩险。
四泄安可求，山僧只指点。
兴来身命微，危磴几欲犯。
童仆进苦规，同游亦讥贬。
虑深胆易慑，计阻心竟歉。
胜事忽若吞，清眠梦如魇。
辰餐动归策，临瞰势已俨。
萝葛疲攀缘，荆榛费诛斩。
跖石愁足跌，蹲泥任衣染。
下望五白龙，遥遥竞腾闪。
紫阆一瀑悬百仞，五瀑方到地。
每缘岚雾开，略想峰头翠。
即此料泉源，应从白云坠。
攀藤渐跻陟，屡息始能诣。
谁谓孤峭中，忽有桃源事。
鸡犬散村落，竹木成位置。
连畴溪女桑，卓午樵人市。
向来五瀑布，平流若沟隧。
十里方下山，人家在天际。
玉京洞灵洞积阴晦，火烈不得扬。
一炬才照身，有似秋萤光。
神幽意多危，群客悄不狂。
相牵隧道穷，砑尔开堂皇。
石髓结还滴，蝙蝠鸣且翔。
布席通穴口，投身引其吭。
要当蛇蚓行，恐逼蛟龙藏。
勇夫三四人，老僧启前行。
还言所历殊，一一仙人房。
其下流清泉，其上安桥梁。
蹊岭突高下，尻背时低昂。
火烛黯欲尽，窔奥安可量。
尝闻长老说，有衲来何方。
折松为明灯，腰包裹糇粮。
持咒禁妖怪，表涂留秕糠。
猛志忽地险，深探遍灵乡。
顶上摇橹声，依稀是钱塘。
与君凡境居，安知仙路长。

陶望龄（1562～1609），字周望，号石篑，明会稽（今浙江绍兴）人。明万历十七年（1589），他以会试第一、廷试第三的成绩，做了翰林院编修，参与编纂国史；曾升待讲，主管考试，后被诏为国子监祭酒。陶望龄为官刚直廉洁，不受滋垢。一生清真恬淡，以治学为最大乐事。他把做学问也当作息歇，并用“歇庵”二字名其居室，学人有时也称他为歇庵先生。陶望龄生平笃信王守仁“自得于心”的学说，认为这是最切实际的“著名深切之教”。工诗善文，著有《制草》若干卷、《歇庵集》20卷、《解庄》12卷、《天水阁集》13卷。
