译文
回忆起那个晴朗的中秋，我置身在芳香的丹桂丛。花影映照在酒杯中，月波荡漾在酒杯中。今晚同样在楼上举杯待月光，可是乌云浸湿了纱窗，雨水打湿了纱窗。
我直想乘风上天去质问天公，可是这天路没法打通，想送个信吧信也难通。满堂只有蜡烛高烧光闪闪，照耀得酒宴上红彤彤。让我们慢慢把酒喝几盅，让我们慢慢把曲唱到终。
注释
尊：同“樽”，酒杯。
浑欲：简直想。化工：指自然的造化者。
从容：悠闲舒缓，不慌不忙。
一剪梅·中秋元月创作背景
辛弃疾曾亲率骑兵独闯金兵大营，曾写《美芹十论》、《九议》进奏朝廷，论议抗金方略，反对议和偏安。可是，权奸当道，欺圣蒙主，辛弃疾进奏不被采纳，反遭弹劾、排挤、打击，直至削官罢职，被废闲居。这首词借题发挥，明咏中秋赏月，实为忧国之思，寄恨之作。

一剪梅·中秋元月鉴赏
这是一首描写中秋赏月未得的词。上片运用对比手法，写出今宵中秋无月的遗憾。“忆对”三句是回忆以前那个花好月圆的中秋节情景：天晴风静，皓月当空，桂花飘香，饮酒乐甚，心情非常舒畅。尤其是花映在杯中，月也在映在酒杯中的描写，生动形象，富于情趣。“今宵”三句，写今夜无月的情景，但词人并未直接写出，而是说今晚饮酒还是和以前一样的，但云雨却打湿了纱窗，言外之意就是雨夜没有月亮，纱窗外显得格外孤寂，显得含蓄蕴藉，耐人寻味。
词的下片写赏月不得的愁绪。“浑欲”三句说词人因不见明月而忧愁，真想乘风上天去问个究竟，为什么中秋之夜没有月亮呢，但“路也难通，信也难通”，想问也问不成。“满堂”三句写出中秋无月的寂寞，只好以饮酒和歌舞来弥补这些遗憾了。

辛弃疾（1140－1207），南宋词人。原字坦夫，改字幼安，别号稼轩，汉族，历城（今山东济南）人。出生时，中原已为金兵所占。21岁参加抗金义军，不久归南宋。历任湖北、江西、湖南、福建、浙东安抚使等职。一生力主抗金。曾上《美芹十论》与《九议》，条陈战守之策。其词抒写力图恢复国家统一的爱国热情，倾诉壮志难酬的悲愤，对当时执政者的屈辱求和颇多谴责；也有不少吟咏祖国河山的作品。题材广阔又善化用前人典故入词，风格沉雄豪迈又不乏细腻柔媚之处。由于辛弃疾的抗金主张与当政的主和派政见不合，后被弹劾落职，退隐江西带湖。
