译文
风吹荡汀洲白茫茫一片，远远望去像天空席卷着如玉雕的浪花。
天空见不到归雁，将暮千山之间如破晓时那么宁静。
渔翁感到寒冷想要回家去，却发现不记得归路。
此时渔翁洒脱的躺在船上，放任船漂流，让它带着自己回去，在有浓厚云层的江面上只隐隐看见一艘小小的渔船。
注释
白浩浩：形容一望无际的白色。
巴陵：现湖南岳阳。
江天暮雪鉴赏
本诗的前半四句，传神地绘出了一幅潇湘江上的雪景图。“玉花”化用梁昭明太子<黄钟十一明启>“玉雪开六出之花”意，形容绝妙，“卷”字见出了雪花纷纷扬扬的飞舞之态。“长空”切“天”，“汀洲”切“江”；“卷玉花”是细部的、动态的观照，“白浩浩”是总体的、静景的印象：语简而意象丰富。“雁影”句表明已届隆冬的时令，又隐用雁度潇湘的本地风光来暗示“江天”所属的地域。最妙的是第四句，它不仅补明了题面中的“暮”字，而且写出了暮雪雪景所特有的那种朦朦胧胧、半幽半明的色调与风韵。后半部分，诗人在画面中安排一名生活在巴陵地区的渔翁，这名渔翁已登返棹，“寒欲归”三字，隐透出“暮雪”的影响。“不记巴陵道”既含有大雪弥漫迷蔽江路的意味，又见出渔翁对“江天暮雪”处境的顺适。“船自流”的结果，是在视野中留下了一抹渐行渐杳的痕影；这一余韵袅袅的结尾，增添了画面的动感与纵深感，传现出“江天暮雪”全景清逸超妙的风韵。全诗首尾映照，动静相间，意境高旷。诗中的渔翁因天“寒“已登返小船，却因为大雪弥漫遮住江路,忘记了回返的道路。这位渔翁索性坐睡舟中,任凭小舟随江流漂荡。
由此可以看出渔翁对“江天暮雪“处境的顺适之情。
