译文
举目远眺，万里晴空下的渭南平原像一幅展开的画图，盘豆驿地处桃林塞与蒲城之间。
白鹭鸟站立在水边，太阳已经落山了，高原上农民还趁着余晖忙着耕地。
南去的飞雁消失在遥远的天边，一片孤云在山间悠闲地升起。
我在驿馆后轩整天依窗眺望，眼前的山山水水充满诗情画意。
注释
盘豆驿（yì）：古驿站，原址在陕西省渭南。
极目：远望。
桃塞：桃林古塞，故址在今陕西省潼关以东、至河南省灵宝之间。
原上：高地。
落照：夕阳。
凭轩：依着窗子。
尽日：整天。
楚水吴山：泛指大江南北的名山胜水，这里指盘豆驿一带的山水。

题盘豆驿水馆后轩创作背景
这首诗写于韦庄辞别越中亲眷入蜀之时路过盘豆驿的途中。诗人看到滩头原上而及天际孤云的景象，不免产生了无限的孤寂、落魄情怀与漂泊无依的伤感，使他怀念起家乡以及江南的亲戚旧友，于是便写下了这首诗。

题盘豆驿水馆后轩鉴赏
这首诗诗人通过描写清丽宏阔的景色，心中产生无限感慨，想起了漂泊生活的艰辛，表达出对家乡亲人的眷念之情。
第一、二两句先诗人从总体上描写盘豆城。“极目晴川”，中原的天空晴明，地面平旷，看不透，望不尽，就如展开一架巨大的画屏似的，跟诗人久住大江南北所习见的“楚水吴山”形成强烈的反差。因此，先写出这深刻印象。然后再交代出地理方位：“地从桃塞接蒲城”。盘豆城就处在河南陕西之间，东接中州，西通关中大道。“从”“棒”交代了诗人自东而西的行踪，可见诗人的行色匆匆。
第三、四两句描写诗人在水馆后轩所看到的景象。诗人小憩于官驿里的水馆后轩，开窗远眺，首先扑人眼帘的是“滩头鹭占清波立”。原来这水馆的水另有源头，那里卓立着顾影的白鹭。一个“占”字。写出白鹭的形单影只，也道出了诗人自己的孤独感。而“原上人侵落照耕”，则状写平川与人们的农事，他们仍在辛勤地耕作，直至融入如火的晚霞。这两句都从平视角度写，上句写的是静态，用冷色调；下句写动态，用暖色调，相映成趣，写出了中原夏末秋初的清新气息，还隐隐透露出诗人异样的惊喜之情，晴川之上也有像江南一样的明丽景色。
第五、六两句描写诗人在晴川所见以及流露出的感情。这两句诗人侧重于一个“晴”字，诗人改用仰视角度写晴空所见“去雁数行天际没”，从有到无，虽有雁南飞而不能传书，可见诗人内心的惆怅；“孤云一点净中生”，从无到有，虽是写景，也象征着诗人的孤寂，一种飘泊流离的感伤油然而生。
第七、八两句则写出诗人的心绪。诗人靠在后轩窗棂上凝望晴川的景色，竟至长时间不肯回过头来，是因为这里的清波落照与“楚水吴山”有相类之处，韦庄曾客游江南十年，弟妹散居越中诸郡，晴川这种明净之美触发诗人对越中亲故的怀念。“无限情”三个字压尾，余音袅袅，给人留下不尽的遐思。
这首诗由“极目”起，至“凭轩”终，通篇无一字直言“愁思“，结尾诗人指望着“楚水吴山无限情”，然而“尽日不回首”的身影始终笼罩着画面，“去雁”、“孤云“所带出的莫名惆怅和难言忧虑，增强深化了诗的主题，更有表现力。
