译文
我的心与你相随共同乘上木兰舟，一直到达遥远的天南潮水的尽头。
隔着五岭你的诗章传到华山西麓，出了蓝关我的书信越过泷水急流。
险峰上驿路高悬被片片流云遮断，海涛汹涌浸蚀城根棵棵老树含秋。
总有一天狂风将把瘴气扫除干净，到那时月色明朗开始高照浪西楼。
注释
韩潮州愈：即唐代大文学家韩愈，时贬谪为潮州刺史，故称韩潮州。
木兰舟：用木兰树造的船。后常用为船的美称，并非实指木兰木所制。
潮水：河流名，今名韩江，流经潮州。
岭：指五岭。华岳：即西岳华山。篇章：指韩愈《左迁至蓝关示侄孙湘》一诗。
关：指蓝关。泷流：即泷水，自湖南流入广东，唐时称虎溪。
驿路：驿道；大道。残云：零散稀疏的云。城根：犹城脚。一作“城闉（yīn）”。
瘴烟：湿势蒸发而致人疾病的烟气。
浪西楼：潮州的一处楼阁，具体情况不详。

寄韩潮州愈创作背景
元和十四年（819年），唐宪宗迎佛骨，韩愈上表切谏，触怒皇帝，贬谪潮州刺史。他在赴任途中遇侄孙韩湘，写了一首《左迁至蓝关示侄孙湘》，抒发自己的激愤之情。《左迁至蓝关示侄孙湘》一诗传到京师，贾岛读后有感而作《寄韩潮州愈》诗。

寄韩潮州愈鉴赏
此诗一开头就表达了与韩愈不同寻常的交契，流露了一种深切的眷念和向往的心曲。首联“此心曾与木兰舟，直到天南潮水头”两句笔力奇横，表现了忠臣遭斥逐，寒士心不平，甘愿陪同贬官受苦的深厚友情。
中二联直抒别后景况。颔联“隔岭篇章来华岳，出关书信过泷流”两句表明二人正是高山流水，肝胆相照。韩愈诗说：“云横秦岭家何在？雪拥蓝关马不前。”贾岛则报以“峰悬驿路残云断，海浸城根老树秋”。这是互诉衷曲之语。“悬”、“浸”二字，一高一下，富于形象。望不到尽头的驿路，盘山而上，好像悬挂在耸入云霄的峰峦上。这是途中景色。潮州滨海，海潮浸到城根，地卑湮湿，老树为之含秋。这是到任后的景色。“峰悬驿路”是写道路险阻；“海浸城根”则说处境凄苦。“残云断”内含人虽隔断，两心相连之意；“老树秋”则有“树犹如此，人何以堪”之慨。在物景烘托中透露作者深沉的关怀心情。
写到第三联，已把坚如磐石的友情推至顶峰，诗的境界也达到了高峰。第四联则荡开一笔，别开生面：月光如洗，天下昭然，友人无辜遭贬的冤屈，自将大白于天下。这里针对韩愈“好收吾骨瘴江边”一语，一反其意，以美好的憧憬结束全诗。
此诗首联写意，次联写实，三联写悬想，尾联写祝福，而通篇又以“此心”二字为契机，抒写了真诚的友情。八句诗直如清澄的泉水，字字句句皆从丹田流出。诗的语言酷似韩愈《左迁至蓝关示侄孙湘》一诗的和诗，真是“同心之言，其臭如兰”。

贾岛（779～843年），字浪（阆）仙，唐代诗人。汉族，唐朝河北道幽州范阳县（今河北省涿州市）人。早年出家为僧，号无本。自号“碣石山人”。据说在洛阳的时候后因当时有命令禁止和尚午后外出，贾岛做诗发牢骚，被韩愈发现其才华。后受教于韩愈，并还俗参加科举，但累举不中第。唐文宗的时候被排挤，贬做长江主簿。唐武宗会昌年初由普州司仓参军改任司户，未任病逝。
