译文
来也三百里，去也三百里，约定五日是归家的日期。倘若六日到家，家人一定焦虑惊疑，想必现在已在家悬望多时。
鞭着马儿急急归家去，心中焦急总觉马儿跑得迟。抬头偶见喜鹊，烦你一件事：先我飞回家中去，与我那人儿报个信。
注释
武陵春：词牌名，又作“武林春”，又以贺铸词中引用李白《清平调》“云想衣裳花想容”句，别名“花想容”，双调小令。以毛滂词为正体，双调四十八字，上下阕各四句三平韵。
“五日”二句：《诗经·采绿》：“五日为期，六日不詹。”
“不免”二句：古人有喜鹊报喜讯的传说。

武陵春·走去走来三百里创作背景
宋宁宗庆元二年（1196年）秋，词人在瓢泉过着游山逛水、饮酒赋诗、闲云野鹤的村居生活。瓢泉田园的恬静和村民的质朴使辛弃疾深为所动，灵感翻飞而歌之，写下了大量描写瓢泉四时风光、世情民俗和园林风物、遣兴抒怀的诗词，这首《武陵春》就是在这期间写的。

武陵春·走去走来三百里鉴赏
上片是游子客中自叙，开头两匀追述他离家时与妻子约定五日便返，因为“去”、“来”只有三百里路，谁知出门在外，身不由己，如今六天已过，逾期未归，他便料想家人定会产生疑虑，更会在门外伫立凝望：“应是望多时”。前四句用平淡的语言，说出了人经常有的一种感受。“应是”句从对方写起，从对方落笔，看似平常，却把自己思念家人和家人盼蔓亲人归来的心情同时表达出来，真是一箭双雕。
下片写游子归心似箭，回程途中，尽管不断加鞭，仍嫌马儿走得太慢。“鞭个马儿归去也”。照理马儿就会跑得更快．但他“心急”，故嫌“马行迟”。一“急”一“迟”，互为映衬。用字平常，含义丰富。忽听得路旁喜鹊在枝头上喳喳叫，游予灵机一动，产生了一个美好的设想：“不免相烦喜鹊凡，先报那人知。”长期的民俗传说均把喜鹊作为富于人情睬的报喜之鸟，在敦煌瞎子词中一再出现，如《阿童篓》：“正霓庭前双鹊喜。君在塞外远征网”。说喜鹊将给离人带来喜讯。此词男主人公抱着淳朴的愿望，希望喜鹊先飞回家。向。那入”报个讯。这样，这只喜鹊就成为沟通恩归与游子思想感情的媒介，把游子的归家心切和器切的盼望之情相互交织、统一起来。
该词充分体现了辛词通俗清新的艺术风格。它既无运用历史典故，亦无慷饿刚健之音，而全用朴素清新、明自如话的家常语，采取自描的手法，把游予思归的心情描绘得活灵活现。癔情朴实真挚，格调健康清新，且词中两个“儿”字，一在句中，一‘在句末，均为当时民间口语，更富有民歌风韵。

辛弃疾（1140－1207），南宋词人。原字坦夫，改字幼安，别号稼轩，汉族，历城（今山东济南）人。出生时，中原已为金兵所占。21岁参加抗金义军，不久归南宋。历任湖北、江西、湖南、福建、浙东安抚使等职。一生力主抗金。曾上《美芹十论》与《九议》，条陈战守之策。其词抒写力图恢复国家统一的爱国热情，倾诉壮志难酬的悲愤，对当时执政者的屈辱求和颇多谴责；也有不少吟咏祖国河山的作品。题材广阔又善化用前人典故入词，风格沉雄豪迈又不乏细腻柔媚之处。由于辛弃疾的抗金主张与当政的主和派政见不合，后被弹劾落职，退隐江西带湖。
