竞渡诗译文及注释
译文
在石溪住久了开始思念端午时节的场景，在驿馆楼前观看开始行动的时机。鼙鼓初击时似雷声，兽头吐威，万人冲破齐声呼喊，跳跃着的浪花与飞鸟争先恐后。多条船像龙一样的向前冲去，果然获得了锦标归来。
注释
发机：开始行动的时机。
鼙pí：古代军中所用的一种小鼓，汉以后亦名骑鼓。
譀hàn：吼叫；叫喊。
锦标：竞渡(赛龙舟)的取胜标志。
竞渡诗鉴赏
《竞渡诗》描绘了端午时节龙舟赛上，鼙鼓初击，兽头吐威，万人助喊，多船竞发的动人场景。
颔联采用“鼙鼓、兽头”渲染龙舟待赛的竞渡氛围，画龙点睛，以点带面;颈联采用“冲波、鸟退”衬托龙舟比赛的竞渡速度，视野开阔，以景衬人。
诗中表面描绘龙舟竞渡的场面，实则讽刺阿谀奉承的小人。万事都有改变的可能，开始风光的不一定始终风光，做人不能见风使舵，而要脚踏实地。

卢肇（818(戊戌年)—882）字子发，江西宜春文标乡（现属分宜）人，唐会昌三年（公元843年）状元，先后在歙州、宣州、池州、吉州做过刺史。所到之处颇有文名，官誉亦佳，又因他作为唐相李德裕的得意门生，入仕后并未介入当时的“牛李党争”，故一直为人们所称道。
