译文
她唱罢一支新制的曲调，我们一起雨金斗畅饮美酒，正是秋霜初降的时候，她伸出纤纤素手，深情地为我剖开了黄柑。乱红满窗，她倦于窗下引针刺绣，轻轻地唱起一曲又一曲缠绵多情的春词，歌声中，红烛渐渐短小，熏香袅袅，被子已经温暖，如此良宵，真害怕时光就那么轻易消逝过去了。
拂晓时吴地的鸿雁穿过彩云飞去后，我百感交加，情思无限，顿时连酒都喝不下去。什么时候如果还能一见到她翠袖韵舞，彩扇纷飞，我一定要在她的歌声中喝个烂醉，我的醉魂将在梦里化作挺拔瘦劲的梅花，陪伴她在梅树旁翻唱新曲。
注释
青玉案：词牌名。汉张衡《四愁诗》：“美人赠我锦绣段，何以报之青玉案”。因取以为调名。六十七字，前后片各五仄韵。亦有第五句不用韵者。
新腔：新创作的曲调。
金斗：即金勺，一种酒器。
柑（gān）手：果名，橘属。
红窗：闺房中的窗子。
春词裁烛：烛下吟诗。春词，指情诗；裁烛，剪去烬馀的烛心。
夜香温被：用熏炉烘被子。
银壶：银制的漏壶，古代计时器。
吴天：犹言吴地。
云飞：喻情人分离。
疏：稀少。

青玉案·新腔一唱双金斗创作背景
该词当写于淳祐三年（1143）词人离开苏州后不久。词人在拂晓时看到鸿雁穿过彩云飞过，心中想起了和逝去的爱妾在苏州的日子，心中顿然失去一切情趣，有感而发，写下了这首词。

词的上片，生动形象地描绘了词人与爱妾往昔的浪漫情事。“新腔一唱双金斗。正霜落，分甘手”二韵，开笔逆人，描写昔日欢聚之乐。黄柑荐酒，纤手分擘。这双分柑纤手，永留在词人的记忆里。
“已是红窗人倦绣。春词裁烛，夜香温被，怕减银壶漏”二韵，继续渲染昔日二人温情。芳香弥漫，温暖罗被，词人害怕春宵太短。前韵勾画出一幅“美人倦绣图”，“怕减”二字，写出了春宵苦短的心理活动。
词的下片，抒发爱妾去后，词人的“百感情怀”，“醉魂和梦，化作梅边瘦”，不言相思，而相思之情俱在。言有尽而意无穷。“吴天雁晓云飞后。百感情怀顿疏酒”二韵转入今日，抒写姬去之悲。“顿”，形容姬去的忽然，词人顿然失去一切情趣。酒逢知己才有兴味，如今孤身一人身心疏懒，所以喝酒的情绪也没了。与开首“新腔一唱双金斗”形成鲜明对照。
“彩扇何时翻翠袖，歌边拌取，醉魂和梦，化作梅边瘦”二韵，以梦幻收笔，写出对爱妾强烈的相思之情。“何时”二字，写出词人当年与爱妾曾经共同度过的狂歌醉舞，缱绻难忘的浪漫的爱情生活，如今人去楼空，魂牵神萦，只能在醉梦中相见，但醒来之后只会倍添相思的愁苦。
这首词在结构上很清晰，上片写往日欢乐，下片写今日愁思。全词言情婉丽，文心曲妙，又真实而亲切，于疏快之中见韵味。

吴文英（约1200～1260），字君特，号梦窗，晚年又号觉翁，四明（今浙江宁波）人。原出翁姓，后出嗣吴氏。与贾似道友善。有《梦窗词集》一部，存词三百四十余首，分四卷本与一卷本。其词作数量丰沃，风格雅致，多酬答、伤时与忆悼之作，号“词中李商隐”。而后世品评却甚有争论。
