译文
蘅芜香渐渐消散的烟气里，隐约看到你的身影，亦真亦幻。，梳妆盒里仍有你未用尽的胭脂，你的首饰与衣衫美丽依旧，看着这些我不禁怅惘良久。留不住你的身影，我们只能分别在两个世界，不，还是把我们的永诀当作远隔天涯海角的思念吧。梨花在星月清辉之下的秀美模样，仿如你魂魄归来。
即便我还可以续弦，但谁又及得上你？可恨命运无端将你从我身边夺去：我最常想起你陪我读书的时候，你为我亲剪灯花，和我赌赛书中的掌故，那是何等的欢乐。幸福一去不返，纵然我隔着纱帐看到你缥缈魂魄的影子，但那毕竟不是真实的！
注释
蘅芜（héng wú）：香草名。
姗姗：形容女子步伐小，步履缓而从容。
兰膏：一种用来滋润头发的发油。渍粉：残存的香粉。
犀合：用犀牛角制成的小盒子，用来装小的饰物。
金泥：用金屑来装饰的工艺品。蹙（cù）绣：即蹙金，一种绣花方式，用金线绣出皱缩成线纹的花，华丽而美观。
蝉纱：即蝉翼纱，轻薄如蝉翼，故名。
萼绿华：传说中的女仙，本名罗郁，自言为九嶷山中的得道女子，此处代指亡妻。

沁园春·代悼亡创作背景
卢氏死去一年后即康熙十七年（1678），终于在纳兰家族的祖茔入土为安，这件事情又勾起了词人无边的伤痛，于是词人写下了这首词来悼亡妻子卢氏。

沁园春·代悼亡鉴赏
这是一首悼亡词。上阕首三句，词人引汉武帝为李夫人招魂的典故，写自己在梦中与亡妻相会时忽然醒来，似真似幻，有种恍惚的错觉。接着，“怅兰膏渍粉，尚留犀合；金泥蹙绣，空掩蝉纱”四句，词人回看房中妻子lEt日之物，睹物思人，感慨物是人非，不觉黯然神伤。“影弱难持，缘深暂隔，只当离愁滞海涯”三句，词人发出深切的悲叹，但爱妻既已死别，纵使词人悲恸欲绝，高呼“归来也”，也无法唤回爱妻芳魂，星前月底，梨花树下，只有词人独自伫立惘然。
下阕首三句，词人抒写了在爱妻逝去后，自己奉父母之命续娶官氏的感受。纳兰心念亡妻，虽续弦，却与官氏不甚和睦，所以更加追思已逝的爱妻。“但无端摧折，恶经风浪；不如零落，判委尘沙”四句，词情凄绝，如泣如诉，仿佛词人将满心悲戚之感和盘托出。再想起当年爱妻念书读错了字，被自己指出后就赌气泼茶，以及晚上亲手修剪灯芯的情状，那份亲昵、爱恋再也掩藏不住。但纵使情深似海，如今爱人逝去已成定局，词人无力回天，往事也已成空，即使帐中有一佳人，但此佳人也并不似亡妻，词人也就再无可以爱恋的人了。
全词情味极佳，词人将自己绵密、深沉、复杂的情感付诸于笔端，丝丝入扣，婉转低回，真挚感人，读来荡气回肠。

纳兰性德（1655－1685），满洲人，字容若，号楞伽山人，清代最著名词人之一。其诗词“纳兰词”在清代以至整个中国词坛上都享有很高的声誉，在中国文学史上也占有光采夺目的一席。他生活于满汉融合时期，其贵族家庭兴衰具有关联于王朝国事的典型性。虽侍从帝王，却向往经历平淡。特殊的生活环境背景，加之个人的超逸才华，使其诗词创作呈现出独特的个性和鲜明的艺术风格。流传至今的《木兰花令·拟古决绝词》——“人生若只如初见，何事秋风悲画扇？等闲变却故人心，却道故人心易变。”富于意境，是其众多代表作之一。
