水调歌头·冒大风渡沙子鉴赏
这是一首爱国主义的词篇。词中深刻的表现了作者要一扫胡尘的爱国思想感情。
上片写作者在旅途中冒着大风浪渡河的所见和所感。沙子，即沙水，今称明河。开头“落日暝云合，客子意如何。”落日黄昏，阴霾满天，描绘出作品所需要的氛围。客子，是作者自称。又有什么办法呢？“定知今日，封六巽二弄干戈。”遇到了坏天气，雪神和风神要大动干戈了。封六，古代传说中的雪神；巽二，古代传说中的风神，唐代牛僧孺《玄怪录》载：萧志忠欲出猎，群兽求哀于山神，云：“若祈封六降雪，巽二起风，即不复游猎矣！”（引自《太平广记》卷四百四十一）“四望际天空阔，一叶凌涛掀舞，壮志未消磨。”环顾四周，天际空阔，一叶小舟，在大风恶浪的冲击下，在波涛中随水流荡。尽管这样，作者的雄心壮志仍未消磨：“为向吴儿道，听我扣舷歌。”在狂风恶浪中，一位稳坐“钓鱼台”，“不管风吹浪打，胜似闲庭信步”的壮士的形象，屹立在读者面前。这里，寓意双关，描写的是大自然的现象，也是当时南宋政治形势的写照：朝廷主和派掌权，如黑云压顶，抗战复国的抱负不能实现。但作者仍不甘心，他还在奋力搏斗，努力抗争。
下片抒情，作者抒发了自己的爱国壮志得不到伸展的愤慨和忧忿的心情。过片“我常欲，利剑戟，斩蛟鼍。”紧接上片，抒写自己的壮怀，时刻不忘参加抗战。利剑戟，使宝剑和长予发生作用；斩蛟鼍，把蛟龙、扬子鳄都杀掉，这里用以比喻金统治者。
接着，作者抒发壮怀：“胡尘未扫，指挥壮士挽天河。”壮志未酬，金人侵占的地区尚未收回，还需要我力挽狂澜，报效国家。但是，“谁料半生忧患，成就如今老态，白发逐年多。”然而，“对此貌无恐，心亦畏风波。”所担心的仍然是国家的动乱。“风波”，比喻国势的动荡不安。词作充分反映了作者的一片爱国赤诚。
李处全的词作不多，但也有少数词作表现了抗敌爱国的热情和壮志难酬的悲愤。这首《水调歌头》，是其中有代表性的一篇。

李处全（1134-1189）约宋孝宗淳熙初前后在世[即约公元一一七四年前后在世]字粹伯，里居及生卒年俱不详。徐州丰县（今属江苏）人。高宗绍兴三十年（1160）进士。曾任殿中侍御史及袁州、处州等地方官。有少数词作表现了抗敌爱国的热情和壮志难酬的悲愤。处全工词，有晦庵词一卷，《文献通考》传于世。
