译文
晴日山中的薄雾低低地铺满南方的旷野，春的气息最早从雁鸿翅下透露，它们结成阵势从沙滩上腾空而去。骤然惊知春天已经来到眼前，询问什么时候，能逐渐地进入深山？鲜花碧草，舒卷开合，天公以最大的粉饰力装点着争艳斗华的春天。那千丝万缕的田头道旁的杨柳，嫩条渐抽渐长便可藏遮栖鸦。
可叹！沿着东流注入长江的清江水西去，装饰华美的游船向着京城──汴京进发。是酒宴已残，兴尽人散？还是愁那江风阵阵总是无休止地拍打翻卷着船头的旗尾，夕潮也汹涌而起溅湿了头上的乌纱？夜晚悬在江空上一弯弦月，乘坐的般只也慢慢巾近港湾驿站、泊入芦苇深处。沉怨无法排遣，面对着闪烁的银灯，一次次地把灯花剔下。
注释
晴岚：晴日山中的雾气。
暖回：隐喻政治形势的突然转变。
雁翼：雁的两翅。
借问何时：询问什么时候。
委曲：曲折延伸。
妍华：指美艳，华丽。
陌头：路上；路旁。
堪嗟（kān jiē）：感叹词。
清江：夷水，既可指清澈的江水，又可特指湖北省境内流入长江的一段江水，《水经注》记载该水，“水色清照石上，分沙石”故名之曰“清江”
画舸（huà gě）：装饰华美的游船。
旗尾：象征着党派和官禄。
乌纱：指乌纱帽，以乌纱抽扎帽边制成，始于东晋宫官著乌纱帢，后经改制，隋代时帝王、贵臣亦多戴之；至唐宋已行于民间，不论贵贱
水驿：水中驿站。
蒹葭（jiān jiā）：蒹和葭都是价值低贱的水草，喻微贱。
灯花：灯心余烬结成的花状物。

渡江云·晴岚低楚甸创作背景
周邦彦在宋神宗时代入学，他写了一篇《汴都赋》赞美歌颂新法，得到神宗的欣赏，被选拔做太学正。神宗死后，宣仁太后执政，任用旧党的人。后来宣仁太后死了，哲宗自己执政。周邦彦就又被召回汴京，而且，哲宗还叫周邦彦重献《汴都赋》。周邦彦在客居荆州时作了此诗。

渡江云·晴岚低楚甸鉴赏
这是一首歌咏山水风光兼抒发离情的长调。
上片写春回人间的万千气象，一开始便以曲笔点写春的消息，“暖回雁翼”的“回”字含使动意味，大雁是候鸟，春暧北去，秋寒南归，这温暖的使鸿雁结队北飞的气息，自然便是春天带来的。“骤惊春在眼，借问何时，委曲到山家”三句承前而起，下面几句则是从想象中回转，写眼前的初春景色。“渐渐可藏鸦”之句并无华丽词藻，但却极富想象，给人以流动的美感，并非真有藏鸦，而是“可”藏鸦。该句不仅使人读后如睹其景，而且似乎也使不讨人喜爱的乌鸦因为沾染到春天的气息，变得美丽。
下片是对着面前的景事，抒发淡淡的闲情。起始便是一个嗟叹句“堪嗟”，接下去“清江东注，画舸西流，指长安日下”三句，仿佛是写词人正置身画船，沿着东流注入长江的清江水西去，向着京城──汴京进发。“长安日下”一词是暗用前人句典，唐·王勃《滕王阁序》中有“望长安于日下，指吴会于云间”之句。唐王朝的都城在长安；古人将权力至高无上的君王比作中天之日，所以“日下”也指君王所居之处京都。不过此处“指长安日下”句，则是指向北宋王朝的都城──汴京，使用的是代称手法。“愁宴阑、风翻旗尾，潮溅乌纱”句首的“愁”字与前面阕首的“堪嗟”二字相呼应因。“乌纱”。“今宵正对初弦月，傍水驿，深舣蒹葭”。仔细品味，这“愁”字的落脚便在“初弦月”上。人们常用月圆月缺比喻人间的离合悲欢。尾句“沉恨处，时时自剔灯花写出了离愁在心不能入眠的情况。词的上片，写景体物精细宛转，色泽鲜明，境界清新；下片叙事言情，疏宕宛转，细密圆美，情真意切。整首词生动传神的表现了词人在羁旅行役中由对春色由哀的喜爱到对命运艰难的孤愤之情。

周邦彦（1056年－1121年），中国北宋末期著名的词人，字美成，号清真居士，汉族，钱塘（今浙江杭州）人。历官太学正、庐州教授、知溧水县等。徽宗时为徽猷阁待制，提举大晟府。精通音律，曾创作不少新词调。作品多写闺情、羁旅，也有咏物之作。格律谨严。语言典丽精雅。长调尤善铺叙。为后来格律派词人所宗。旧时词论称他为“词家之冠”。有《清真集》传世。
