译文
千万朵花儿窜上枝头，将枝头披满红霞。美人伫立在香车上，收卷画帘的罗袖，摇曳着心底相思的牵挂。回头与人闲语的时候，只见凤钗金篦斜斜地簪住浓发。莫非她的爱人也做了阮郎，春光逝尽却还不归家。
注释
思帝乡：又名“万斯年曲”，原唐教坊曲，温庭筠始创为词调。此词单调三十六字，七句五平韵，第一、二、四、六、七句押韵。
花花：言花朵繁多，即花花朵朵之意。
罗袖：罗衫之袖。此处代指闺中人。
卓香车：站在散发芬芳的车上。卓，站立。香车，古代车乘求其精美，常用优质木材造成，饰以珠玉，涂以香料。
战篦（bì）：装饰在 女子头上微微颤动篦子。战，摇晃，颤动。篦，篦子，篦梳，梳头的工具，比梳子齿更密，亦可做头饰。
阮郎：泛指心爱的男子。此处借指远游未归之人。
归家：一作“还家”。

思帝乡·花花创作背景
这首词是温庭筠以女性为题材的作品之一，反映的是妇女的相思怨情，时间在春天。其创作年份未能确证。

思帝乡·花花鉴赏
这首词以春景起兴，写女子对丈夫的眷恋之情。开头“花花”二句首先渲染繁花似锦的春天景象：春光烂熳，百花盛开，为女主人公的出场作铺垫。“罗袖”二句，写女主人公出场，她穿着罗衣，面对画帘，思念情人肠欲断。由春日美景转到相思之情的描写，其中“肠断”二字把景与情的和谐气氛打破，乐景哀情相映，情更哀。“卓香车”，是说女子于画帘之内，伤怀已极，故立车遣愁。
后四句摄取对话的特写镜头：回头闲聊，神态绰约。“回面”二句写女主人公坐在车上与街上的熟人说话，这是女子掩饰自己情感的举动，看似平静，实为她在排遣自己“肠断”的心情。结句写女主人公因烦闷而向人诉说丈夫“不归家”，很有情趣。女子之言实为衷曲，进一步揭示了她的内心世界，说明她“肠断”的原由。这里借用刘晨、阮肇典故，意指情人久出未归。一个“惟”字，表现出女子对爱的专一和执着。
全词围绕“断肠”写人，时而绘景，时而动作与心情俱见，时而将心情隐于动作之中，时而又把心情寄之于话语之内，运笔多变，将人的内在心曲揭示无遗，极富神韵。

温庭筠（约812—866）唐代诗人、词人。本名岐，字飞卿，太原祁（今山西祁县东南）人。富有天才，文思敏捷，每入试，押官韵，八叉手而成八韵，所以也有“温八叉”之称。然恃才不羁，又好讥刺权贵，多犯忌讳，取憎于时，故屡举进士不第，长被贬抑，终生不得志。官终国子助教。精通音律。工诗，与李商隐齐名，时称“温李”。其诗辞藻华丽，秾艳精致，内容多写闺情。其词艺术成就在晚唐诸词人之上，为“花间派”首要词人，对词的发展影响较大。在词史上，与韦庄齐名，并称“温韦”。存词七十余首。后人辑有《温飞卿集》及《金奁集》。
