译文
河水叮咚流向桥东，行云悠闲飘聚在溪水上边。清风淡月往来有规律，流水行云却难寻踪迹。美人独自伫立备受相思之苦，单薄衣衫浸透寒露，日日伴修竹，双眼欲穿盼郎归，常常等至天色暮。残雪身边春色青，我却白发头上生，执意问春我老否?春天默默不出声。

冷冷：形容流水的清脆声。
漠漠：弥漫广布貌。
脩竹：高高的竹子。
玉楼春·东山探梅鉴赏
这首词的题目是“东山探梅”，全篇写的就是去杭州东山探梅的所见与所感，重心在一个“探”字。上片以探梅途中及到达目的地时所见的“泠泠”流水、"漠漠"归云和"疏风淡月"等景物烘托渲染环境，意致十分闲淡。下片前两句以杜甫诗所写幽独佳人比拟梅花，以抒发探梅之所感；后两句则借探梅这个话题慨叹道：往昔白白错过了雪中赏梅的大好机会，如今已进老境，失去的青春已经无法追回了。最后两句的这个慨叹，才是一篇抒情的主旨。
