译文
春风卷着漫天大雪，飘来飘去，落得到处都是。
你看那欣赏雪景的人们，原都是居住在洛阳城中的富贵人家啊！
注释
徘徊：来回地行走。诗中指雪花飞来飞去。
君：相当于“你”，有尊敬的意思。
似花处：指雪花落在树枝上，如盛开的梨花一般。
洛城：即洛阳；洛城中：即“洛城东”，当时豪贵宅第之所在。
春雪鉴赏
“飞雪带春风，徘徊乱绕空”，是写景；第三句“君看似花处”，有承有转，过渡句，使诗文由景转情。第四句“洛城中”，一作“洛城东”，这里指富贵人家居住之地。联系诗题来看这两句，那意思是说冬天已经结束，突然来了一场春雪，这在那些无饥寒之虑的富贵人心中，不由得产生了一种难得又见的满足和喜悦，于是这熟悉而又新鲜的飞雪，在他们的眼中便成了飞花舞空的美景。但是，对于“洛城外”的穷人来说，他们好不容易在饥寒交迫中熬过了大雪纷飞的隆冬，盼来了春回大地，谁知又来一场大雪，这逝而复回的威胁和灾难，所带来的艰难与怨恨是不难想见的。这首诗的得力之处正在尾句，尾句之中又得力于一个“偏”字，是它构成了虚实两个空间，两种境界，两种生活，两种感情的对比，而诗人的爱与恨，同情与憎恶，也都融入这个对比之中。通过对比所展现的不同状况，及其所孕育的主题等，都留在了诗外，为读者开拓了广阔的想象空间。
此诗通过描写一场突如其来的春雪，侧面写出了富人们在屋内赏雪以美酒相伴，穷人们却在雪天流落街头，形成鲜明对比。诗人用曲折的笔法，讽刺了那班达官贵人只图自己享乐，忘了广大地区人民的贫困。

刘方平(758年前后在世)，唐朝河南洛阳人。匈奴族。天宝前期曾应进士试，又欲从军 ，均未如意，从此隐居颍水、汝河之滨，终生未仕。与皇甫冉、元德秀、李颀、严武为诗友，为薪颖士赏识。工诗，善画山水。其诗多咏物写景之作，尤擅绝句，其诗多写闺情、乡思，思想内容较贫弱，但艺术性较高，善于寓情于景，意蕴无穷。其《月夜》 、《春怨》、《新春》、《秋夜泛舟》等都是历来为人传诵的名作。
