诚哉一得即永得。大都要藉周天火，
十月圣胎方始圆。虽结丹头终耗失，
要须火候始凝坚。动静存亡宜沐浴，
吉凶进退贵抽添。火力绵绵九转后，
药物始可成胎仙。一时八刻一周天，
十二时辰准一年。每自一阳交媾后，
功夫炼到六纯乾。精神来往如潮候，
气血盈虚似月魂。一毂从来三十幅，
妙处都由前后弦。专气致柔为至仁，
礼义智信融为仁。真土归位为至真，
水火金木俱浑全。精水神火与意土，
炼使魂魄归其根。先天一气今常存，
散在万物与人身。花自春风鸟自啼，
岂知造物天为春。百姓日用而不知，
气入四肢徒凋残。松竹虚心受气足，
凌霜傲雪长年青。况人元神本不死，
此气即是黄芽铅。老松可少病可健，
散者可聚促可延。心入虚无行火候，
内景内象壶中天。须知一尘一蓬莱，
与走一叶一偓佺。神芝一生甘露降，
龟蛇千古常相缠。一朝雷电撼山川，
一之则日万则烟。日中自有金乌飞，
夜夜三更入广寒。子子孙孙千百亿，
炉鼎鸡犬皆登天。大道三十有二传，
传到天台有悟真。四传复至白玉蟾，
眼空四海嗟无人。偶遇太平兴国宫，
白发道士其姓陈。半生立志学铅汞，
万水千山徒苦辛。一朝邂逅庐山下，
摆手笑出人间尘。翠阁对床风雨夜，
授以丹法使还元。人生何似一杯酒，
人生何似一盏灯。蓬莱方丈在何处，
青云白鹤欲归去。快活快活真快活，
为君说此末后句。末后一句亲分付，
普为天下学仙者，晓然指出蓬莱路。
破衲虽破破复补，身中自有长生宝。
柱杖奚用岩头藤，草鞋不用田中藁。
或狂走，或兀坐，
或端坐，或仰卧。
时人但道我风颠，我本不颠谁识我。
热时只饮华池雪，寒时独向丹中火。
饥时爱喫黑龙肝，渴时贪吸青龙脑。
绛宫新发牡丹花，灵台初生薏苡草。
却笑颜回不为夭，又道彭铿未是老。
一盏中黄酒更甜，千篇内景诗尤好。
没弦琴儿不用弹，无腔曲子无人和。
朝朝暮暮打憨痴，且无一点闲烦恼。
尸解飞升总是闲，死生生死无不可。
随缘且喫人间饭，不用缫蚕不种稻。
寒霜冻雪未为寒，朝饥暮馁禁得饿。
天上想有仙官名，人间不爱真人号。
跨虎金翁是铅兄，乘龙姹女为汞嫂。
泥丸宫里有黄婆，解把婴儿自怀抱。
神关气关与心关，三关一簇都穿过。
六贼心如火正焚，三尸胆似天来大。
不动干戈只霎时，破除金刚自搜逻。
一齐缚向火炉边，碎为微尘谁斩挫。
而今且喜一粒红，已觉丁公婚老媪。
当初不信翠虚翁，岂到如今脱关锁。
叶苗正嫩採归来，猛火炼之成紫磨。
思量从前早是早，翠虚翁已难寻讨。
我今不见张平叔，便把悟真篇骂倒。
从前何知古圣心，慈悲反起儿孙祸。
世人若要炼金丹，只去身中求药草。
十月工夫慢慢行，只愁火候无人道。
但知进退与抽添，七返九还都性燥。
溪山鱼鸟恁逍遥，风月林泉供笑傲。
蓬头垢衣天下行，三千功满归逢岛。
或居朝市或居山，或时呵呵自绝倒。
云满千山何处寻，我在市廛谁识我。

白玉蟾（1194 - ？），南宋时人，祖籍福建闽清，生于海南琼州，内丹理论家。南宗的实际创立者，创始金丹派南宗，金丹派南五祖之一。生卒年待考，原名葛长庚，本姓葛，名长庚。字如晦，号琼琯，自称神霄散史，海南道人，琼山老人，武夷散人。幼聪慧，谙九经，能诗赋，长于书画，12岁时举童子科，作《织机》诗；才华横溢，著作甚丰。自幼从陈楠学丹法，嘉定五年（1212）八月秋，再遇陈楠于罗浮山，得授金丹火候诀并五雷大法。
