《壮士篇》鉴赏
原文
天地相震荡，回薄不知穷。
人物禀常格，有始必有终。
年时俯仰过，功名宜速崇。
壮士怀愤激，安能守虚冲？
乘我大宛马，抚我繁弱弓。
长剑横九野，高冠拂玄穹。
慷慨成素霓，啸咤起清风。
震响骇八荒，奋威曜四戎。
濯鳞沧海畔，驰骋大漠中。
独步圣明世，四海称英雄。
赏析
这是一首乐府诗，题旨大概是由阮籍《咏怀·壮士何慷慨》来的，那首诗道：“壮士何慷慨，志欲威八荒。驱车远行役，受命念自忘。良弓挟乌号，明甲有精光。临难不顾生，身死魂飞扬。……”阮籍这首诗在他的《咏怀》中可谓别调，写得也很慷慨激昂，但它表现的功业心主要是从“效命”、“气节”着眼的，而张华此篇虽然也有这方面的意思，但主要是从人生意义、生命价值这些认识出发，显得比较深切，更能予人们以激励。这是思想上的不同。阮籍的作品是古诗，显得简约朴素，而张华此篇则较铺张，也比较重修辞，“乘我大宛马”以下十句全是对偶，这不仅显出乐府体与古诗的差别，也显出西晋之后的诗歌比“正始之音”更注重形式美了。

张华（232年－300年），字茂先。范阳方城（今河北固安）人。西晋时期政治家、文学家、藏书家。西汉留侯张良的十六世孙，唐朝名相张九龄的十四世祖。张华工于诗赋，词藻华丽。编纂有中国第一部博物学著作《博物志》。《隋书·经籍志》有《张华集》十卷，已佚，明人张溥辑有《张茂先集》。张华雅爱书籍，精通目录学，曾与荀勖等人依照刘向《别录》整理典籍。《宣和书谱》载有其草书《得书帖》及行书《闻时帖》。
