《山坡羊·燕城述怀》鉴赏
原文
云山有意，轩裳无计，被西风吹断功名泪。
去来兮，再休提！
青山尽解招人醉，得失到头皆物理。
得，他命里；失，咱命里。
赏析
元代的知识分子地位低下，得不到当局的重用，于是会有一种怀才不遇、生不逢时的悲叹。作者置身燕城，不由得怀古伤今，追慕起了当年燕昭王在此筑黄金台招贤兴国的盛举。而作者身为元朝知识分子中的一员又能如何？自己的命运由不得自己把握。可悲可叹！也许只有山水林泉才是最好的归宿。

刘致（?～1335至1338间）元代散曲作家。字时中，号逋斋。石州宁乡（今山西中阳）人。父刘彦文，仕为郴州录事、广州怀集令。
