大抵人閒同一寓，外物之来寓中寓。主人于尔本无心，谁使之来谁使去。
来时无所增吾悦，去时谈笑亦不辍。惟有山叟与溪翁，屋里閒云船上月。
一从古往成蹉跎，失之则憾得之歌。不从平路从风波，或遭陷阱或网罗。
有人啮臂遗其亲，有人之楚复之秦。侯门洒扫宁苦辛，牛衣涕泣伤贱贫。
谁人衒鬻来上书，谁人乞贷留公车。谁人入关便弃繻，谁思躣马疾其驱。
更有隋时二隐夫，欲将林壑谋金朱。倒行之辈尤可吁，当时自欲烹其躯。
却是扬雄所性恬，谁须名字学韦贤。积薪可恨汲生言，不道真风任自然。
自然处者其为谁，以寄名亭如此奇。俗人所患在失之，安知达者静者心平夷。
达者洞然无所蔽，静者泊然无所累。无蔽无累无所营，其中主者性与诚。
登斯亭兮观斯名，人閒万事皆可平。

徐积（1028—1103）北宋聋人教官。字仲车，楚州山阳（今江苏淮安）人。因晚年居楚州南门外，故自号南郭翁。生于宋仁宗天圣六年，卒于徽宗崇宁二年，年七十六岁。政和六年（1116），赐谥节孝处士。家乡人为其建 “徐节孝祠”，明清两代均有修缮，毁于解放初期。《宋史》卷四五九有传。
