去冬地动雪五尺，中有黑花洒如墨。
春来阴霾昼为夕，雪霰淋漓雷电逼。
识者已知今日灾，连年苦水旱复来。
农时竟月无滴雨，愁穷四海愁三台。
量田督课造苛法，等闲沥尽苍生血。
祸根虽断冤未开，毒沴烧空山斗裂。
骖乘犹然能赤族，郿坞金珠散空谷。
折槛诸君归且官，伤哉不起刘安福。
死多枉杀生不生，愿调和气回升平。
眼前得失倏已见，当权可不怜勋名。
千秋事挂闾阎评。
短歌击天鼓，天泽何时普。
桔槔响千村，青苗落焦釜。
人言旱荒悲，还胜水荒苦。
水荒犹有草可食，水荒犹有鱼堪罟。
十家九家空若焚，筋骨脂膏填赤土。
欲质无衣债无主，富儿有米不能贾。
此其何时急旧逋，酷逾亢阳猛于虎。
抛却火浣衫，为把龙须麈。
凭谁吐丝纶，凭谁作霖雨。
安得甘霖蠲诏相并来，尽使枯氓醉天府。

王叔承(1537—1601) 明诗人。初名光允，字叔承，晚更名灵岳，字子幻，自号昆仑承山人，吴江人。喜游学，纵游齐、鲁、燕、赵，又入闽赴楚。叔承以其无礼贤下士之实意，赋诗离去。又客大学士李春芳家，嗜酒。春芳有所纂述，常醉卧弗应，久之乃请其归。太仓王锡爵是其布衣之交，对三王并封之议，遗书数千言规劝之，锡爵为此叹服不已。其诗为王世贞兄弟所推崇。曾纵观西苑园内之胜，作汉宫曲数十阕，流传于禁中。著作有《潇湘编》、《吴越游集》、《宫词》、《壮游编》、《蟭螟寄杂录》、《后吴越编》、《荔子编》、《岳色编》、《芙蓉阁遗稿》等。
