呜呼！仓颉莽千古，即生史籀亦尘土。
太学之东孔庙门，何得乾坤留石鼓。
奇珍岁久魂离魄，古文断落增艰涩。
野禽剥藓枯皮苍，山虫蚀土朽骨白。
日照犹看星斗移，雨来恐有龙蛇出。
当年此鼓流陈仓，骆驼欲载周文章。
贵如郜鼎宜在庙，祭酒却谓韩生狂。
后遭郑馀稍显异，宋家始能归大梁。
黄金填字石所丑，靖康离乱鼓北走。
埋没胡尘二百年，或落农家舂作臼。
文皇有意置成均，敕使鬼神永诃守。
我曾扪读慨夙怀，长揖宣尼洒杯酒。
周宣昔狩岐阳时，籀文烂漫天王辞。
石鼓隐见不可测，佛龛遗字争传奇。
大篆分流及蔡氏，作者日下江河毕。
峄山火迸秦王石，世间墨本空枣梨。
钟王亦似涉靡丽，忽瞻石鼓兴惭悲。
时乎通变圣不免，工正我吾皆其微。
但愿君王重吉甫，朝廷再树中兴碑。

王叔承(1537—1601) 明诗人。初名光允，字叔承，晚更名灵岳，字子幻，自号昆仑承山人，吴江人。喜游学，纵游齐、鲁、燕、赵，又入闽赴楚。叔承以其无礼贤下士之实意，赋诗离去。又客大学士李春芳家，嗜酒。春芳有所纂述，常醉卧弗应，久之乃请其归。太仓王锡爵是其布衣之交，对三王并封之议，遗书数千言规劝之，锡爵为此叹服不已。其诗为王世贞兄弟所推崇。曾纵观西苑园内之胜，作汉宫曲数十阕，流传于禁中。著作有《潇湘编》、《吴越游集》、《宫词》、《壮游编》、《蟭螟寄杂录》、《后吴越编》、《荔子编》、《岳色编》、《芙蓉阁遗稿》等。
