昔年过饶州，一事独希差。
清川浴妇人，以书不以夜。
上流濯垢腻，下流汲归舍。
供佛与事尊，共用如啗蔗。
朝昏卖鱼虾，晴雨亲耕稼。
樵苏与负戴，咸与夫并驾。
流污浴岂非，失礼事可讶。
我时适逆旅，一见为汗下。
欲言不可得，况言不可得，
况敢加讥骂。静惟天下事，
无边可悲咤。一从文王没，
声教不逾华。巴夔与闽粤，
至今愧华夏。男不耕穑，
女不专桑柘。内外悉如男，
遇合多自嫁。云山恣歌谣，
汤池任腾藉。插花作牙侩，
城市称雄霸。梳头半列肆，
笑语皆机诈。新奇弄浓妆，
会合持物价。愚夫与庸奴，
低头受凌跨。吾闽自如此，
他方我可暇。福州县十三，
余幸穷厓下。十里近郭县，
此俗独未化。一日来古田，
拔秧适初夏。青裙半绞扎，
水泥和拨迓。事事亦不恶，
位分无假借。三王二帝年，
人伦密无罅。冀方古当涂，
丰水今滻灞。见恶如豺狼，
嗜礼如脍炙。固无期桑中，
亦无舞台榭。一国皆若狂，
一年惟有蜡。盛年事耕织，
斑白可休假。习见宜如常，
骤异良以乍。劝君但勤馌，
兹事宜永谢。傥能用吾言，
鸡豚愿同社。北人见飓风，
掀簸嗟真差。君子逢不若，
白书成黑夜。日月同一天，
宁复殊次舍。礼义无华夷，
悦心悉如蔗。披沙欲出金，
恶莠为害稼。朝歌与胜母，
贤者同回驾。中为去偏倚，
庸但无怪讶。安敢亢亢方，
却无伈伈下。礼不虑咈违，
义不恤怒骂。恭惟秦汉前，
礼乐止河华。七闽义处所，
目不睹韶夏。食才美马甲，
及仅知压柘。应无雁弊聘，
宁识枣修嫁。历汉晋至唐，
谈口无可藉。令孜与思勖，
畏作貂珰霸。每从常衮来，
始识不逆诈。珠玉满面前，
犹或迷光价。一二百年来，
骅骝渐知跨。述古与介夫，
各有诗书暇。晦翁黄勉斋，
遂以教天下。昔时蛮柰国，
今作齐鲁花。沂风蔼莫春，
弦诵殷长夏。蹡蹡多规行，
穆穆亲衔迓。方知地无偏，
又喜才不借。独余男女俗，
缺漏留微罅。未能秣驹汉，
颇碍雪驴灞。有心即知礼，
有口皆思炙。男女既冠笄，
屋宇仍台榭。朝夕晓清温，
春秋能社蜡。溱洧秉简游，
此日何可假。礼自标枝来，
心无倾盖乍。风流与衣冠，
犹当轶王谢。再用前韵。
田渔非女事，诗以告里社。

陈普，字尚德，号惧斋，世称石堂先生。南宋淳佑四年（1244年）生于宁德二十都石堂（今属蕉城区虎贝乡文峰村）。南宋著名教育家、理学家，其铸刻漏壶为世界最早钟表之雏形。
