嗟嗟千岁姿，不比明堂蒿。肤裁三韩扇，液制中山醪。
皮毛剥落尽，流转到松糕。髯龙脱赤鳞，三日浴波涛。
玉兔持玉杵，捣此玄霜膏。文章有杂碎，肪泽滋煎熬。
殷勤小方饼，裁以鞍山刀。味甘剖萍实，色殷煎樱桃。
辽阳富冬菹，盘餐穷溪毛。巧谋一饱地，齑粉不我逃。
腹中十八公，笑汝真老饕。未忘口腹累，尚似贤蒸羔。
真味苦硬老，家风大孤高。聊将酥蜜供，调戏引儿曹。
多生根尘习，隽永胜珍庖。一舌有多智，无乃绵蕞劳。
人閒无正味，嗜好随所遭。安能知许事，为君续离骚。

赵秉文（1159～1232）金代学者、书法家。字周臣，号闲闲居士，晚年称闲闲老人。磁州滏阳（今河北磁县）人。世宗大定二十五年进士，调安塞主簿。历平定州刺史，为政宽简。累拜礼部尚书。哀宗即位，改翰林学士，同修国史。历仕五朝，自奉如寒士，未尝一日废书。能诗文，诗歌多写自然景物，又工草书，所著有《闲闲老人滏水文集》。
