聂将军，名高天下闻。虬髯虎眉面色赭，河朔将帅无人不爱君。
燕南忽报妖民起，白昼横刀走都市。欲杀一龙二虎三百羊，是何鼠子乃敢尔？
将军令解大小团，公然张拳出相抵。空拳冒刃口喃喃，炮声一到骈头死。
忽来总督文，戒汝贪功勋。复传亲王令，责汝何暴横。
明晨太后诏，不许无理闹。夕得相公书，问讯事何如？
皆言此团忠义民，志灭番鬼扶清人。复言神拳斫不死，自天下降天之神。
国人争道天魔舞，将军墨墨泪如雨。呼天欲诉天不闻，此身未知死谁手，又复死何所？
大沽昨报炮台失，诏令前军作前敌。不闻他军来，但见聂字军旗入复出。
雷声肱肱起，起处无处觅。一炮空中来，敌人对案不能食。
一炮足底轰，敌人绕床不得息。朝飞弹雨红，暮卷枪云黑。
百马横冲刀雪色，周旋进退来来击。黄龙旗下有此军，西人东人惊动色。
敌军方诧督战谁，中旨翻疑战不力。此时众团民，方与将军雠。
阿师黄马褂，车前鸣八驺。大兄翠雀翎，衣冠如沐猴。
亦有红灯照，巾帼赢兜鍪。昨日拜赐金，满车高瓯窭。
京中大官来，神前同叩头。懿旨五六行，许我为同仇。
奖我兴甲兵，勉我修戈矛。将军顾轻我，将军知此不？
军中流言各哗噪，作官不如作贼好。诸将窃语心胆寒，从贼容易从军难。
人人趋叩将军辕，不愿操兵愿打拳。将军气涌遍传檄，从此杀敌先杀贼。
将军日午罢战归，红尘一骑乘风驰。跪称将军出战时，闯门众多偻罗儿。
排墙击案拖旌旗，嘈嘈杂杂纷指挥。将军之母将军妻，芒笼绳缚兼鞭笞。
驱迫泥行如犬鸡，此时生死未可知。恐遭毒手不可迟，将军将军宜急追。
将军追贼正驰电，道旁一军路横贯。齐声大呼聂军反，火光已射将军面。
将军左足方中箭，将军右臂几化弹。是兵是贼纷莫辨，黄尘滚滚酣野战。
将军麾军方寸乱，将军部曲已云散。将军仰天泣数行，众狂仇我谓我狂。
十年训练求自强，连珠之炮后门枪。秃襟小袖氆氇装，藩身汉心庸何伤。
执此诬我谗口张，通天之罪死难偿，我何面目对我皇？
外有虎豹内豺狼，謷謷犬吠牙强梁，一身众敌何可当？
今日除死无可望，非战之罪乃天亡。天苍苍，野茫茫，八里台，作战场。
赤日行空飞沙黄，今日被发归大荒。左右搀扶出里疮，一弹掠肩血滂滂。
一弹洞胸胸流肠，将军危坐死不僵。白衣素冠黑裲裆，几人泣送将军丧，从此津城无人防。
将军母，年八十，白发萧骚何处泣？将军妻，是封君，其存其殁家莫闻。
麻衣草屦色憔悴，路人道是将军子。欲将马革裹父尸，万骨如山堆战垒。

黄遵宪（1848年4月27日～1905年3月28日）晚清诗人，外交家、政治家、教育家。字公度，别号人境庐主人，汉族客家人，广东省梅州人，光绪二年举人，历充师日参赞、旧金山总领事、驻英参赞、新加坡总领事，戊戌变法期间署湖南按察使，助巡抚陈宝箴推行新政。工诗，喜以新事物熔铸入诗，有“诗界革新导师”之称。黄遵宪有《人镜庐诗草》、《日本国志》、《日本杂事诗》。被誉为“近代中国走向世界第一人”。
