天门阙锁烟萝。琼室瑶台瑞气多。欲识仙凡光景异，欢谣须听太平歌。
花心念：伏以兽炉缥缈喷祥烟，玳席荧煌开邃幄。谛视人间之景物，何殊洞府之风光。恭惟衮绣主人，簪缨贵客。或碧瞳漆发，或绿鬓童颜。雄辩风生，英姿玉立。曾向蕊宫贝阙，为逍遥游：俱膺丹篆玉书，作神仙伴。故今此会，式契前踪。但儿等偶到尘寰，欣逢雅宴；欲陈末艺，上助清欢。未敢自专，伏候处分。竹竿问，念：既有清歌妙舞，何不献呈。
花心答，念：旧乐何在。
竹竿子问，念：一部俨然。
花心答，念：再韵前来。
念了，后行吹太清，众舞讫，众唱：
武陵自古神仙府。有渔人迷路。洞户迸寒泉，泛桃花容与。
寻花迤逦见灵光，舍扁舟、飘然入去。注目渺红霞，有人家无数。
唱了，后行吹太清歌，众舞，舞讫，花心唱：
须臾却有人相顾。把肴浆来聚。礼数既雍容，更衣冠淳古。
渔人方问此何乡，众颦眉、皆能深诉。元是避嬴秦，共携家来住。
唱了，后行吹太清歌，众舞，换坐，当花心一人唱：
当时脱得长城苦。但熙熙朝暮。上帝锡长生，任跳丸乌兔。
种桃千万已成阴，望家乡、杳然何处。从此与凡人，隔云霄烟雨。
唱了，后行吹太清歌，众舞，换坐，当花心一人唱：
渔舟之子来何所。尽相猜相语。夜宿玉堂空，见火轮飞舞。
凡心有虑尚依然，复归指、维舟沙浦。回首已茫茫，叹愚迷不悟。
唱了，后行吹太清歌，众舞，换坐，当花心一人唱：
我今来访烟霞侣。沸华堂箫鼓。疑是奏钧天，宴瑶池金母。
却将桃种散阶除，俾华实、须看三度。方记古人言，信有缘相遇。
唱了，后行吹太清歌，众舞，换坐，当花心一人唱：
云軿羽巾宪仙风举。指丹霄烟雾。行作玉京朝，趁两班鹓鹭。
玲珑环佩拥霓裳，却自有、箫韶随步。含笑嘱芳筵，后会须来赴。
唱了，后行吹太清歌，众舞，舞讫，竹竿子念：欣听嘉音，备详仙迹。固知玉步，欲返云程。宜少驻于香车，伫再闻于雅咏。
念了，花心念：但儿等暂离仙岛，来止洞天。属当嘉节之临，行有清都之觐。芝华羽葆，已杂B241于青冥；玉女仙童，正逢迎于黄道。既承嘉命，聊具新篇。
篇曰：仙家日月如天远，人世光阴若电飞。绝唱已闻惊列坐，他年同步太清归。
念了，众唱破子：
游尘世、到仙乡。喜君王。跻治虞唐。文德格遐荒。四裔尽来王。干戈偃息岁丰穰。三万里农桑。归去告穹苍。锡圣寿无疆。
唱了，后行吹步虚子，四人舞上，劝心酒，花心复劝。劝讫，众舞列作一字行。竹竿子念遣队：仙音缥缈，丽句清新。既归美于皇家，复激昂于坐客。桃源归路，鹤驭迎风。抃手阶前，相将好去。

史浩（1106年—1194年），字直翁，号真隐。明州鄞县人，南宋政治家、词人。高宗绍兴十五年（1144年）进士，由温州教授除太学正，升为国子博士。他向宋高宗建议立太子，以此受知于朝廷，绍兴三十二年，宋孝宗即位，授参知政事。隆兴元年，拜尚书右仆射。淳熙十年，除太保致仕，封魏国公。宋光宗御极，进太师。绍熙五年，薨，年八十九，封会稽郡王。宋宁宗登基，赐谥文惠。嘉定十四年，以子史弥远贵，追封越王，改谥忠定，配享孝宗庙庭。为昭勋阁二十四功臣之一。
