诗人美萱草，盖谓忧可忘。
人子惜此花，植之盈北堂。
庶以悦亲意，岂特怜芬芳。
使君有慈母，星发寿且康。
晨昏谨色养，彩服戏其傍。
燕喜酌春酒，欢然釂金觞。
物理似有助，丛萱忽非常。
竞吐栗玉艳，欲夺金芝光。
秀本自稠叠，骈枝亦荧煌。
乃知风人意，比兴宜成章。
东野情思苦，少忧多悲作。
谓此儿女花，莫能解刚肠。
斯言虽有激，疑其未通方。
忧心无时已，徒枉憔悴乡。
寓物傥适意，何须动悲凉。
况复循吏政，和声入封疆。
抚俗时用乂，事亲日尤长。
萱草岁岁盛，此乐安可量。

家铉翁（约1213～1297）号则堂，眉州（今四川省眉山市东坡区）人。家铉翁身长七尺，状貌奇伟，威严儒雅。以荫补官，累官知常州，迁浙东提点刑狱，入为大理少卿。宋亡，守志不仕。元成宗即位（1294），放还，赐号处士，时年八十二，后数年以寿终。《宋史》有传。有《则堂集》六卷，《彊（强）村丛书》辑为《则堂诗馀》一卷。词存三首收于《全宋词》中。
