自闻蓬莱山，大林夹长峦。上生瘿藤萝，下生荆榛菅。
仰不见天日，藏蓄雾雨寒。仙圣常所处，沮洳亦少乾。
虽云誇凤凰，出入伤羽翰。哀音起空洞，令人鼻准酸。
我欲诉上帝，为施铁凿钻。琢落石侧裂，化为千丈磐。
琼楼与玉殿，玲珑相通宽。日月交户牖，光射青琅玕。
而我从吾师，来游乐且般。呼吸养元气，华腴生肺肝。

杨载（1271—1323）元代中期著名诗人，与虞集、范梈、揭傒斯齐名，并称为“元诗四大家”。字仲弘，浦城（今福建浦城县）人。延祐二年进士，授承务郎，官至宁国路总管府推官。杨载文名颇大，文章以气为主，诗作含蓄，颇有新的意境。
