宋代：辛弃疾
举头西北浮云，倚天万里须长剑。人言此地，夜深长见，斗牛光焰。我觉山高，潭空水冷，月明星淡。待燃犀下看，凭栏却怕，风雷怒，鱼龙惨。
译文：抬头观看西北方向的浮云，驾驭万里长空需要长剑，人们说这个地方，深夜的时候，常常能看见斗牛星宿之间的光芒。我觉得山高，水潭的水冰冷，月亮明亮星光惨淡，待点燃犀牛角下到水中看看，刚靠近栏杆处却害怕，风雷震怒，鱼龙凶残。
注释：西北浮云：西北的天空被浮云遮蔽，这里隐喻中原河山沦陷于金人之手。斗牛：星名，二十八宿的斗宿与牛宿。待：打算，想要。鱼龙：指水中怪物，暗喻朝中阻遏抗战的小人。惨：狠毒。
峡束苍江对起，过危楼，欲飞还敛。元龙老矣！不妨高卧，冰壶凉簟。千古兴亡，百年悲笑，一时登览。问何人又卸，片帆沙岸，系斜阳缆？
译文：两边高山约束着东溪和西溪冲过来激起很高的浪花，过高楼，想飞去但还是收敛作罢，我有心像陈元龙那样但是身体精神都已老了，不妨高卧家园，凉爽的酒，凉爽的席子，一时登上双溪楼就想到了千古兴亡的事情，想到我自己的一生不过百年的悲欢离合，嬉笑怒骂。是什么人又一次卸下了张开的白帆，在斜阳夕照中抛锚系缆？
注释：束：夹峙。欲飞还敛：形容水流奔涌直前，因受高山的阻挡而回旋激荡，渐趋平缓。冰壶凉簟：喝冷水，睡凉席，形容隐居自适的生活。百年悲笑：指人生百年中的遭遇。卸：解落，卸下。缆：系船用的绳子。

辛弃疾（1140－1207），南宋词人。原字坦夫，改字幼安，别号稼轩，汉族，历城（今山东济南）人。出生时，中原已为金兵所占。21岁参加抗金义军，不久归南宋。历任湖北、江西、湖南、福建、浙东安抚使等职。一生力主抗金。曾上《美芹十论》与《九议》，条陈战守之策。其词抒写力图恢复国家统一的爱国热情，倾诉壮志难酬的悲愤，对当时执政者的屈辱求和颇多谴责；也有不少吟咏祖国河山的作品。题材广阔又善化用前人典故入词，风格沉雄豪迈又不乏细腻柔媚之处。由于辛弃疾的抗金主张与当政的主和派政见不合，后被弹劾落职，退隐江西带湖。
