南北朝：谢朓
徘徊恋京邑，踯躅躧曾阿。
译文：留恋京城，还在京城徘徊，脚步因重迭的山停止不前。
注释：将发：即将出发。石头：山名，在今南京市西长江边。烽火楼：利用烟和光来报警而建造的高楼。踟躅：住足不进的样子。躧：鞋，这里作踏解。曾阿：同“层阿”，重迭的山。
陵高墀阙近，眺迥风云多。
译文：登上石头山高处看皇宫，感到皇宫很近，眺望远方风起云涌。
注释：墀阙：是指宫殿。墀，即丹墀，指宫殿的红色台阶。阙，指宫殿门左右对峙的一对高建筑物。
荆吴阻山岫，江海含澜波。
译文：荆、吴远方都被高山挡住视线，江河湖海都波涛汹涌。
注释：荆：荆州，今湖北、湖南一带。因湖北刺山而得名。吴：今江苏、浙江、安徽一带。山岫：山峰。
归飞无羽翼，其如别离何。
译文：空中飞回又恨身无羽翼，象这样的别离之情怎么受得了。
注释：其如：即如其，象这样。

谢朓（464~499年），字玄晖。汉族，陈郡阳夏（今河南太康县）人。南朝齐时著名的山水诗人，出身世家大族。谢朓与谢灵运同族，世称“小谢”。初任竟陵王萧子良功曹、文学，为“竟陵八友”之一。后官宣城太守，终尚书吏部郎，又称谢宣城、谢吏部。东昏侯永元初，遭始安王萧遥光诬陷，下狱死。曾与沈约等共创“永明体”。今存诗二百余首，多描写自然景物，间亦直抒怀抱，诗风清新秀丽，圆美流转，善于发端，时有佳句；又平仄协调，对偶工整，开启唐代律绝之先河。
