鹗飞不在泥，决有青云趣。凤凰不妄出，恐为时所误。
桓桓南都贤，幸遭明主顾。垂绅正手板，磊落奏治具。
源流出无穷，胸胆豁以露。帝曰卿良哉，予僚汝之父。
果见麒麟儿，腾骧蹈前步。擢为东宫允，往漕八州赋。
予将观汝能，慎勿惮细故。朅来重湖南，君恩密宣布。
拔才惟俊明，逐吏皆狡蠹。朝廷方更化，免役出金助。
深沉详施为，委曲善告谕。有司绝诛求，比屋乐农务。
贫富一以均，歌颂喧道路。七月新书成，入奏驰骏驭。
君来万家春，君去秋色暮。清湘似君心，偏使丑影惧。
何时到金阙，显用期必遇。成法无瑕玼，后效有程度。

郭祥正（1035～1113）北宋诗人。字功父，一作功甫，自号谢公山人、醉引居士、净空居士、漳南浪士等。当涂（今属安徽）人。皇祐五年进士，历官秘书阁校理、太子中舍、汀州通判、朝请大夫等，虽仕于朝，不营一金，所到之处，多有政声。一生写诗1400余首，著有《青山集》30卷。他的诗风纵横奔放，酷似李白。
