郎围师阃重王人，朝绩民庸简帝宸。
屈此偏州何小小，伟哉仁牧自肫肫。
下车福十余万户，褒玺朞三百六旬。
廉恕公勤持四字，癢疴疾痛切吾身。
显幽一理初开镇，抚字丹心肃告神。
动有发明基学力，略无凝滞见情真。
智常周物能容物，政每近民深得民。
居理家庭培玉植，烛临官吏皎冰轮。
行其无事州闾靖，急所当先夙夜寅。
溪以玉名闻莹洁，岩如日色共晶新。
吟肩峭若灵峰峙，诗骨清於南涧滨。
坐啸中和堂上邃，犹存正始古音淳。
无心云出当年岫，有脚阳生此地春。
不忍一毫伤赤子，了知方寸即苍旻。
邦人镂胆交相语，糴事关心尤至仁。
往者过征罗罹暴虐，甚而乾没启嚣嚚。
炎天陆运枯膏血，累月肩担摧骨筋。
五百里程陪搭斛，四千钱费各沾巾。
农夫搔动征夫苦，行者攫挐居者嗔。
所幸天高常耳下，惟公露祷悉言谆。
一分宽受一分赐，半减谁知半减因。
问谷几何先给直，作舟用济广通津。
听民乐与官为市，如己隐忧眉辄颦。
怨气收声回逸乐，欢谣鼓腹饱轮囷。
时暘时雨孚祈祷，不豫不游忘苦辛。
泉漏有恩详审处，药伤无地不咨询。
昔襦今袴同歌范，万口一辞方借恂。
邦计索程随日了，后来成轨要人遵。
眷怀趣趁周行武，德意难忘召父亲。
将指观风兼畀节，举头近日蚤垂绅。
甘棠蔽芾思留躅，英簜瞻依忍出闉。
倪旄攀辕风解愠，旌旗遮道雨清尘。
筠笼映日成清閟，秧马衔烟布绿茵。
旧治密邻新治壤，徐行便直部行巡。
建台及境虽迎徯，过阙留班定侃闇。
准拟助和商鼎鼐，雍容成道汉丝纶。
职亲地近訏谟密，言听谏行膏泽均。
局面转新棋著定，方书如古药材抡。
公私节用纾民力，勇智合谋恢地垠。
襄汉经营蚕路闢，江淮联络雁臣宾。
年登所至粮栖亩，令信何难楮即缗。
君相简知惟笃实，古今难泯只忠纯。
吾家自有青毡物，时节合参洪化钧。
一州一道推而准，此土此民同所珍。
自揆偶然声气叶，相亲深处髓肌沦。
送行万兔难密尽，歌此以旌良吏循。

徐元杰（1196－1246），字仁伯，号梅野，上饶县八都黄塘人，自幼聪慧，才思敏捷。早从朱熹门人陈文蔚 学，后师事真德秀。官至工部侍郎，谥忠愍。有文集二十五卷，景定三年（1262）由其子直谅刊于兴化，已佚。清四车馆臣据《永乐大典》辑为《楳埜集》十二卷。事见本集卷首赵汝腾序、卷末徐直谅跋，《宋史》卷四二四有传。师学朱熹。南宋绍定五年进士，累官至大堂寺少卿，兼给事中国子祭酒，擢中书舍人。著有《梅野集》十二卷，传于世。
