译文
轻雨绵绵，柳条随风轻拂，仿佛在迎接春天。芳草的碧色映着新开的芍药花，衬托得更加鲜红。可恶的东风嫉妒花朵，一阵无情的风将梢头上娇嫩花叶吹落。我把屏风紧掩，沉水香也懒得再熏。因喝酒会醉，总是怕看见酒盅。
回想从前在汴京，正是少年时代，时常纵情欢乐，也曾迷恋于歌舞表演者。常常准备好华丽的车马，催促美人快些出发游玩。曾经同乘一辆车奔驰在宽广的大街上，也曾携手在上林苑里一起开怀。刚刚玩完热闹的元宵佳节，又早早约定佳期再见。不想会有今日，到处漂泊孤单如浮萍？
寂寞啊寂寞，更加思念当日相依相伴的情人。恐怕她衣上的香粉已经消淡，琴弦上也久不弹奏。自从和她分别之后，至今没有音信，也不知她的面容，是否还和以前一样冠压群芳。怅恨分别之后，一切都在变化，万事如过眼烟云，不知何时能化作一只仙鹤，飞回到日思夜想的故乡。我的相思之情无法忘却，只能在酒醉的时候，才能暂时忘却。
注释
箔（bó） ：竹帘。
轻阴：天稍微有些阴。
乍阁（zhà ɡé）：初停。阁：同“搁”，停止。
阑干（lán gān）：同上文“箔”，竹帘。
烟柳：像烟一样的柳树。
侵（qīn）阶：指草长上了台阶。
东风妒花恶：东风因为妒忌花而变得坏恶。
嫩萼（è）：花瓣下部的一圈叶状绿色小片。
沉水倦熏（xūn）：沉香因为疲倦而懒得再熏。沉香，香料名。
中酒：醉酒。
杯勺：盛酒之器，这里代指酒。
1旧京洛：洛阳，这里指北宋皇城汴京。
迷著（zhù）：非常迷人。著，非常。
障泥：挂在马腹两边，用来庶挡尘土的马具，这里指代马。油壁：原指车上油饰之壁，这里代指车。
催梳掠：催着梳子略过头发。
驰道：秦代专供帝王行驶车马的道路。这里指代表京城的大道。
上林：秦、汉时苑名，专供帝王行猎的场所，这里泛指京都园林。
灯夜：元宵夜。
争信飘泊（bó）：不想会有今日，到处漂泊孤单。
念：思念。
衣襟（jīn）：衣服打开的地方。
弦索：泛指弦乐器。
琼枝璧月：喻美好生活。
华表：古代设在宫殿、城垣或陵墓等前作为标志和装饰用的大柱。

兰陵王·卷珠箔创作背景
此词为词人壮年迁居临安时所作。靖康之难后北宋王朝灭亡，词人在亲身经历战火之后来到江南。这首《兰陵王》即为词人在一次登楼赏景后怀念故国而写。

兰陵王·卷珠箔鉴赏
上片开头“卷珠箔”二句，点出了雨后阴天的环境，化用了王维《书事》“轻阴阁小雨”诗意。“阑干外”以下写从楼上眺望的种种景象，如烟的柳条在晴光中摇曳，阶下青草映衬着芍药，呈现出生机盎然的春意。刻画了一副诗情画意的“柳弄晴”图景，并非专门咏柳，目的是挑起词人的情思——折柳送别。紧接“东风”二句陡转，出现另一种物景。强劲的东风把刚长出来的花吹落了，烘托出一种凄然伤神的气氛。“屏山掩”三句，与上文的所见相回应，寓情于景，实写词人当时的心境。“怯杯勺”写出词人怕饮酒的心理状态，暗示词人平日借酒缓解悲伤的细节。
中片追忆过去游乐的情景。开头“寻思旧京洛”，承上启下，从现在的伤春伤别，回想起过去在汴京的游乐情景。由思念故国，表现爱国之情。此词的写法含蓄婉转，一个“旧”字，蕴含着深刻的时代意念。“正年少疏狂”三句，词人回忆当年在汴京逍遥的生活。“曾驰道同载”三句，专写游赏，但不专注一时一事。同载、携手、共约，情事如见，都是“年少疏狂”的事。至此，一笔写来，都是热闹欢快的气氛。紧接着“又争信飘泊”，突然结束了上面的回忆，似断又续，极尽顿挫之妙。从梦幻回到现实，感情起伏，透露作者的感伤之情。曾经歌舞升平商业繁华的汴京，已落到金兵的手中，而词人又过着逃难的飘泊生活。这种悲哀从上面的欢快和畅的景象中对比显露出来，以欢愉的情调映衬离别后的孤寂，更显凄楚。
下片从回忆转写别后思念之情，主要抒写离恨之情。“寂寞，念行乐”以下，紧承上文的“疏狂”到“飘泊”而来，注入了对旧人的深切怀念之情。“甚粉淡衣襟”三句，是想像她已摆脱了歌女生涯，而美貌依然。“琼枝璧月春如昨”一句，化用为比喻美好幸福的生活。这三句，怀念旧人，同时也是怀念故都，写得迷离惝恍，爱国之情寓意其中。以下转入别恨与相思。“怅别后华表”二句，采用了用典的手法，抒发人间沦桑之变，好景不长的深慨。此二句用“怅”字领起，寄意深刻，语言明了而又委婉含蓄。结末“相思除是”二句，用口语写情，感情委婉真挚。“向醉里、暂忘却”，犹如众流归海，不仅感情深厚，而且“辞尽意不尽”，言外之意为眷念故国的无穷隐痛。这与李清照《菩萨蛮》“故乡何处是？忘了除非醉”的情意相近，异曲同工。
这首抒发爱国思想的词作，情韵兼胜，委婉真切。在艺术技巧上显示出结构的严谨。全词上、中、下三片，从眼前伤春到追忆往昔，再转入现实相思，有铺排，有转折，环环相扣，逐层深入，并用“别恨”一气贯穿。过片处意脉连贯，情致婉转曲折。其次是寓别恨之情于清旷的境界之中，使整首词的词境显得既沉郁又婉丽。

元干出身书香门第。其父名动，进士出身，官至龙图阁直学士，能诗。张元干受其家风影响，从小聪明好学，永泰的寒光阁、水月亭是他幼年生活和读书处。十四五岁随父亲至河北官廨（在临漳县）已能写诗，常与父亲及父亲的客人唱和，人称之“敏悟”。
