译文
安坐之时愁多心里忙，拖着衣裳来把西园逛。
树木逢春花儿已盛开，池水清澈激起波浪长。
池中仅有一只鸳鸯鸟，寻找同伴鸣声很哀伤。
我真想去把那鸟捉住，可惜无船难到水中央。
我要回去忘了来时路，不住回头步步结愁肠。
风儿凄厉在我身边叫，太阳无言滑向正西方。
密云垂雨能够润万物，即使遗漏那又有何妨？
是谁让你心细想得多，致使百般忧愁涌心上？
注释
王粲：（177年—217），字仲宣。山阳郡高平县（今山东微山两城镇）人。东汉末年文学家，“建安七子”之一。作者友人之一。
端坐：正坐。
揽衣：披衣。西：指西园，在邺城城西。王粲《杂诗·日暮游西园》中的“日暮游西园”即此。
华：同“花”。
清池：指邺城玄武池，亦即王粲诗中所言“曲池”。《水经注·洹水》“其水际其西迳魏武玄武故苑，苑旧有玄武池以肄舟楫，有鱼梁钓台，竹木灌丛，今池林绝灭，略无遗迹矣。”
孤鸳鸯：喻王粲之孤独。鸳鸯为成双之鸟，一旦落为孤单，其哀可知。此处亦知王粲诗“上有特栖鸟，怀春向我鸣。”古诗中的鸳鸯、花木，不一定指喻异性和男女情爱之事，如屈原楚辞中的香草美女是用比兴手法喻己喻美好事物。
匹俦（chóu）：配偶，伴侣。这里指志同道合的朋友。
执：捉拿，此处意为亲近。
无轻舟：比喻作者没有权势，因而无法重用王粲。
故道：旧道，旧路。
顾望：回头看。但：只。以上两句表现作者对友人的依依之情。
鸣：吹，指风声。
羲（xī）和：神话传说中太阳的御者，这里代指时日。
重（zhòng）阴：密云，这里喻曹操。古人信阴阳五行，与人事相比附，说臣为阴，君为阳。时曹操为丞相，故称阴。
泽：恩泽，恩惠。周：普遍。
念：思虑。
百忧：忧愁很多。
赠王粲诗创作背景
王粲归附曹操后，与邺城众多文士一样，对自己的政治才干颇为自负，对仕途的期望值过高，因此，他们对曹氏父子视他们为文学侍从的做法越来越不满。于是王粲将这些不满写进《杂诗·日暮游西园》中寄给了曹植。曹植得诗后，就拟王粲原诗写了这首诗来劝慰他。
赠王粲诗鉴赏
《赠王粲》是三国时期曹魏文学家、“三曹”之一曹植的一首赠人之作。作者通过该诗劝勉王粲不要思虑太多并流露出自己虽有心提携却无能为力的遗憾。该诗写得委婉深厚，十分感人。
该诗的头两句“端坐苦愁思，揽衣起西游”就点出游于邺城之西的原因：端坐愁思当然是苦闷的，所以要去找朋友们聊聊，使苦闷得以排遣。“揽衣”二字用得生动传神。
“树木”二句写景，“发春华”点明是春天的景色，“清池”句写水景。在这个山明水秀的幽静景致中，作者发现了“中有孤鸳鸯，哀鸣求匹俦”。作者用“孤鸳鸯”喻王粲。用“求匹俦”指寻求同辈间的友谊。不过从后两句诗的意思看，似乎还有潜台词。大约对方希望与曹植既是朝夕相处的好友，又愿在曹植的麾下做事。否则，“我愿执此鸟，惜哉无轻舟”两句就不好理解。曹植对王粲这样的人才和朋友当然是珍惜的，可是愿望终究代替不了现实，“无轻舟”就是比喻作者自己没有权势，无力重用王粲。
“悲风鸣我侧，羲和逝不留”。这四句是写作者不能“执此鸟”而依恋回顾、不忍离去，“悲风”从身边吹过，久立其地直到太阳落山。这与王粲诗有相似之意：“徘徊不能去，伫立望尔形。风飙扬尘起，白日忽已冥。”只是该诗在表达眷念之情时显得更深厚些、更悲切些。
最后四句，作者宽慰王粲：“重阴润万物，何惧泽不周。谁令君多念，遂使怀百忧。”劝勉对方不必多虑多忧，相信雨露会润泽万物的。这里以“重阴”喻曹操，暗示曹操会给他好处的。可谓用心良苦。有人认为：“多念”和“百忧”是指王粲整个诗歌创作中所表现的感情，例如遭乱伤时，目睹民生疾苦，发悲怆之词等等，虽然有一定道理，但从全诗立意与创作背景来看，主要还是为王粲在《杂诗》中所涉及到的具体思想而发的。王诗的末四句是这样写的：“回身入空房，托梦通精诚。人欲天不违，何惧不合并。”末二句与前面“褰袵欲从之，路险不得征”呼应，这样，意思就够清楚了。
作者在这首诗中采用了比兴寄托的手法，以“鸟”比喻对方，从“鸟”对人和人对“鸟”的态度和情意方面着笔，表达自己对朋友的诚意和自己力不从心的歉意。比兴寄托的手法虽然比较隐微曲折，然而读者一旦明白其中喻义，也就不难理解其中的用意了。这首诗所描写的客体是“鸟”，这是含蓄的一面，但诗的主体（作者）却是明朗化的，在表露自己的情感方面则是真诚坦率的，做到与朋友交心，不掺半点虚假成分。
这首诗的语言清新流畅，具有文采。节奏舒缓，韵味悠长。

曹植（192－232），字子建，沛国谯（今安徽省亳州市）人。三国曹魏著名文学家，建安文学代表人物。魏武帝曹操之子，魏文帝曹丕之弟，生前曾为陈王，去世后谥号“思”，因此又称陈思王。后人因他文学上的造诣而将他与曹操、曹丕合称为“三曹”，南朝宋文学家谢灵运更有“天下才有一石，曹子建独占八斗”的评价。王士祯尝论汉魏以来二千年间诗家堪称“仙才”者，曹植、李白、苏轼三人耳。
