译文
面对春风，我久久地站立着，消魂在江南。春天鲜花明亮妩媚，阁楼上醉酒就如临仙境，月之光辉感觉很遥远，夜里游冶烟花巷柳。回忆起当时，我曾沉湎于酒色之中，劳神而损伤。
除此之外，有一位貌若天仙、婀娜多姿的红颜知己。我们彼此非常相爱。来到江南后，从此相聚受阻，断了书信，非常凄苦、郁闷，就像傍晚飘飞着凄冷苦雨、天空中凝聚着乌云一样。想象中，每到良辰美景，我在思念她，她也一定在思念我吧。
注释
两同心：词牌名，此调有三体，仄韵体创自柳永，平韵体创自晏几道，三声叶韵体创自杜安世。此词《乐章集》注“大石调”。双调六十八字，上片七句三仄韵，下片七句四仄韵。
伫立：长时何地站立。
断魂：犹言消魂，形容哀伤的心情。南国：南方，江南。
琼楼：仙境中用美玉砌成的楼阁。此代指思念之人所居的青楼。
蟾彩：即蟾光，月光。古代神话说月中有蟾蜍，故称月为蟾。迥：远。香陌：此指妓院集中的街道。
酒恋花迷：即“恋酒迷花”，喜爱美酒，迷恋女人。花，指妓女。
役损：因劳神而损伤。词客：词人。
腰搦（nuò）：一只手就能握住腰身，形容腰细。搦，用手握。
鸳会：鸳鸯相会，比喻情人相聚。夕雨凄飞：傍晚冷雨纷飞。凄，寒冷。
锦书：《晋书·列女传》：“窦滔妻苏氏，始平人也，名蕙，字若兰，善属文。滔，苻坚时为秦州刺史，被徙流沙，苏氏思之，织锦为回文旋图诗以赠滔。宛转循环以读之，词甚凄惋。”后称妻子寄给丈夫的书信为锦书。

词的上片回忆过去“酒恋花迷”的生活。“伫立东风”写词人迎着东风，久久地站立，“东风”暗示了时令节气，说明此时正值春季。“南国”的春天本是美好的季节，词人却“断魂”南国，悲戚哀伤，默然凝伫。开篇两句便塑造了一个伤心欲绝的浪荡词客的形象。南国的春天勾起了他对过去美好生活的回忆：“花光媚、春醉琼楼，蟾彩迥，夜游香陌”这两个工整的对句，分别由景而情，以极凝练、含蓄的笔墨，浓缩了无数个良宵美景，无数次的纵游娼馆酒楼，沉湎于声色酒乐。而今忆及，当时“酒恋花迷”的生活，累煞多情的“词客”。
过片首句，以“别有”二字起，另辟一境，引出所怀之人。以下，“眼长腰搦”四字写出了她容貌的美丽和身姿的婷婷袅袅，“痛怜深惜”四字写出了两人真挚的情意和深深的爱恋，用语十分简练。接下来的“鸳会阻”两句，紧承上片，回到现实，由情及景，写傍晚时分，冷雨纷飞，愁云凝聚，天色一片青碧。由于“鸳会阻”、“锦书断”，词人眼中的景色也显得凄凉无比，与上片的“花光媚、春醉琼楼，蟾彩迥，夜游香陌”形成了鲜明的对照，给人留下了极为深刻的印象。词作的最后，设想对方遇良辰当好景，也应苦苦思念自己：想别来，好景良时，也应相忆。”从对方写来，这是柳水怀人词常用的手法，由此亦可见柳永怀思之深。
刘熙载在《艺概·词曲概》中说：“‘酒恋花迷，役损词客。’余谓此等，只可名迷恋花酒之人，不足以称词人，词客当有雅量高致者也。”需要承认，这样的词句格调是不高，但其中也有诸多难言的苦衷。柳永遭黜落后，打着“奉旨填词”的招牌流连烟花巷阳，沉溺酒香舞影，风流放浪，冶游无度。这一方面是他在发泄心中的不满，寻求精神的寄托；另一方面也是当时的社会风气使然。有宋一代，自上而下狎妓成风。只是，柳永比其他人走得更远，更加坦率而无所顾忌。为官后，柳水收敛了许多，“又岂知，名宦拘检，年来减尽风情”（《长相思·画鼓喧街》）。但宦游的惨淡与辛酸，使他对人们趋之若鹜的功名利禄产生了厌倦，转而对自己曾经沉湎其中的世俗享乐又产生了心理上的认同：“图利禄，殆非长策。除是恁，点检笙歌，访寻罗绮消得”（《尾犯·晴烟幂幂》）。可见，“酒恋花迷”是柳永生活中的一抹亮色，是他在现实中找到平衡的一个支点。

柳永，（约987年—约1053年）北宋著名词人，婉约派代表人物。汉族，崇安（今福建武夷山）人，原名三变，字景庄，后改名永，字耆卿，排行第七，又称柳七。宋仁宗朝进士，官至屯田员外郎，故世称柳屯田。他自称“奉旨填词柳三变”，以毕生精力作词，并以“白衣卿相”自诩。其词多描绘城市风光和歌妓生活，尤长于抒写羁旅行役之情，创作慢词独多。铺叙刻画，情景交融，语言通俗，音律谐婉，在当时流传极其广泛，人称“凡有井水饮处，皆能歌柳词”，婉约派最具代表性的人物之一，对宋词的发展有重大影响，代表作 《雨霖铃》《八声甘州》。
