盛旦登高第，青衫偃壮图。兰台收硕德，莲幕得真儒。
江左风流敝，鄱阳习俗污。晨昏丛狱讼，利病倚谋谟。
郡政颓纲整，都民旧瘼苏。英声传士庶，清议满江湖。
事业人之表，机筹帝所需。大臣交荐擢，荣召计须臾。
有客材无似，谋身计大迂。志憎时态薄，道欲古人俱。
寓迹文章苑，栖魂典籍郛。倾螺思测海，擿埴强求涂。
不见孔之卓，安知柴也愚。驽踪谁警策，弱质寡持扶。
与物睽违甚，惟公顾盼殊。滞顽真瓦砾，拂拭过璠玙。

彭汝砺，字器资，祖籍江西袁州区，饶州鄱阳（今江西鄱阳滨田村）人，生于宋仁宗康定二年（1041），卒于宋哲宗绍圣二年（1095）。宋英宗治平二年（1065）乙巳科状元。彭汝砺读书为文，志于大者；言行取舍，必合于义；与人交往，必尽试敬；而为文命词典雅，有古人之风范。著有《易义》、《诗义》、《鄱阳集》等。彭汝砺去世后被安葬在江西省鄱阳县双港镇，其后裔以鄱阳滨田，双港为中心，散居全国各省市等地。
