书窗媚幽独，万竹真我仪。
冰霜茂摧挫，生意自有时。
斐亹弄月阴，挺拔出风姿。
凤吟逐神郁，春笋效珍奇。
山林足膏雨，土脉润以肥。
震雷摇蛰虺，千根同发机。
迸芽带珠露，裂地拆伏龟。
开窗见罗列，茧粟出扶藜。
艰给或避石，奋逸或攒篱。
森森麞鹿角，重重虎豹皮。
地力既莫御，天工亦不迟。
志气凌青云，风节比伯夷。
讵容荐清酒，但可供清诗。
呼童窃取小，不敢言馋饥。
含壳全其真，活火汤瀹之。
知心三两天。一樽留晚曦。
锦绷去什袭，玉版参吾师。
似为伤恻隐，直是慰肝脾。
几为造化盗，何必邻童窥。
作桥周曲意，煮箦又何痴。
惟应厚墙壁，高插数丈篱。
护成碧琅玕，长似冰玉儿。
吾闻北人说，洛下价不低。
千金买一束，掉头更还疑。
南方信多此，吾党苦不知。
入山三尺童，俄顷满檐归。
作羹厚於菜，入市贱如泥。
敢为比暴殄，只为不思惟。
昔在燧人前，真风犹未漓。
人间珠抵鹊，天下凤为鸡。
南方即此宝，南人独尔迷。
朝吟渊明菊，夜诵首阳薇。
悠悠今古人，无复知德希。
造化运可见，浑天何用仪。
日月转两毂，阴阳分西时。
化育出万形，加之成气姿。
倚筇看生意，莫测其神奇。
和风随土至，膏雨着物肥。
千红咸竞晨，万玉亦乘机。
深深起蛰龙，一一破伏龟。
险不畏臲卼，难不辟石藜。
启荆披瓦砾，撑屋触藩篱。
头头出兕角，身身水犀皮。
大方欺小弱，尖先后止迟。
不知水先颊，游客戴鸱夷。
六经无此物，昉见韩奕诗。
韩侯富贵人，何况贫儒饥。
咏形兼咀味，东坡韩退之。
长镵君莫讶，容我踏朝曦。
内戒捣虀妇，外徵老圃师。
留先凤凰止，忽积蜜蜂脾。
味既不可极，斑亦勿再窥。
待尔林下友，一洗胸中痴。
清风翠阴动，羽扇日接篱。
此时林下客，何以并其儿。
作未争长日，滕高陵薛低。
一旦并夷齐，兄弟无相疑。
庭前耸矛戟，栖鸦犹不如。
斜阳绕三匝，疑事不能归。
岂徒固吾圉，且不染尘泥。
此儿真世宝，何必他谋惟。
古来贵高上，盛德恶浇漓。
宁令烹不呜，勿杀全德鸡。
莫言一林竹，此路终不迷。
何必趋青琐，亦胜对紫薇。
携琴对此君，三叹锺期希。

陈普，字尚德，号惧斋，世称石堂先生。南宋淳佑四年（1244年）生于宁德二十都石堂（今属蕉城区虎贝乡文峰村）。南宋著名教育家、理学家，其铸刻漏壶为世界最早钟表之雏形。
