南有溪山谁可托，须拥旌麾日边落。无政人向溪山愁，公徒追索情如酬。
有政人向溪山醉，鼓吹寻幽闹如市。七闽山水世所议，尤喜延平得高致。
山光水色秋意清，月华剑气空体明。双流既往却再顾，五龙虽奋还相迎。
断云天北列寸碧，中有仙人骑鹤行。仙人岩前万人聚，金碧下瞰天津横。
霁色还空影高下，蓬莱幻化俄顷生。太原使君未下车，公论已许程与吴。
独游才刃安能拘，发遣万事归玄无。洗眼待看乡老书，使君政事当起予。
年丰讼少民已苏，两税竞了谁无襦。万户有酒钱足酤，飘飘帘下吹笙竽。
山水图中声色活，大小从公四园阔。飒飒山风吹夕照，想见颓然使君笑。
南来莫使诗筒少，慰我尘劳空扰扰。

黄裳（1044-1130），字勉仲，延平（今福建南平）人。元丰五年（1082）进士第一，累官至端明殿学士。卒赠少傅。著有《演山先生文集》、《演山词》。黄裳是北宋著名文学家和词人，其词语言明艳，如春水碧玉，令人心醉，著有《演山先生文集》、《演山词》，词作以《减字木兰花》最为著名，流传甚广。
