至道虽然无处所，也凭师匠传规矩。屯蒙取象配朝昏，复姤假名称子午。
进火无中炼大丹，安炉定里求真土。身心意定共三家，铅汞银砂同一祖。
加减依时有后先，守城在我分宾主。南山赤子跨青龙，北海金公骑白虎。
两般药物皆混融，一对龟蛇自吞吐。直超实际归大乘，顿悟圆通非小补。
密会真机本自然，可怜小法胡撑拄。口灵舌辩自夸能，气大心高谁敢睹。
未会潜心入窈冥，何劳立志栖环堵。初机自是不求师，老倒无成甘受苦。
积功累行满三千，返照回光穷二五。起火东方虎啸风，涤尘西极龙行雨。
驱雷掣电役天罡，辅正除邪任玄武。姹女才离紫极宫，金公已到朱陵府。
炉中大药一丸成，室内胎仙三叠舞。四象五行都合和，九转七返功周普。

李道纯 ，湖南都梁（武冈）人，宋末元初著名道士。字元素，号清庵，别号“莹蟾子”。精于内丹学。李道纯博学多才，他的内丹理论兼容并包，系统非常完整。其师王金蟾为道教丹功南宗白玉蟾之弟子。李道纯融合内丹道派南北二宗。其内丹理论以“守中”为要诀。 故后人称其为内丹学中的中派。
