天弓拨其弦，平地跃虎狼。
腥风扇九泽，浊雾干太阳。
琐琐蚊与虻，亦沸如蜩螗。
帝阍隔蓬莱，弱水不可航。
蝼蚁有微忱，抑塞无由扬。
遥遥草茅臣，恕切忠愤肠。
披衣款军门，披腹陈否臧。
曰走居海隅，诗书传世芳。
感荷帝王恩，禄食厕朝行。
走身非己躯，安得缄其肮。
走有目击事，敢布之庙堂。
永嘉浙名郡，有州曰平阳。
面海负山林，实维瓯闽疆。
闽寇不到瓯，倚兹为保障。
官司职防虞，当念怀善良。
用民作手足，爱抚勿害伤。
所以获众心，即此是仞墙。
奈何纵毒淫，反肆其贪攘。
破廪取菽粟，夷垣劫牛羊。
朝出系空橐，暮归荷丰囊。
丁男跳上山，妻女不得将。
稍或违所求，便以贼见笺。
负屈无处诉，哀号动穹苍。
斩木为戈矛，染红作巾裳。
鸣锣撼岩谷，聚众守村乡。
官司大惊怕，弃鼓撇旗枪。
窜伏草莽间，股栗面玄黄。
窥伺不见人，喘汗走伥伥。
可中得火伴，约束归营场。
顺途劫寡弱，又各夸身强。
将吏悉有献，欢喜赐酒觞。
杀贼不计数，从横书荐章。
民情大不甘，怨气结肾肠。
遂令父子恩，化作虿与蝗。
恨不斩官头，剔骨取肉尝。
累累野田中，拜泣祷天皇。
愿得贤宰相，飞笺奏岩廊。
先封尚方剑，按法诛奸赃。
择用忠荩臣，俾之提纪纲。
弯弧落鸱枭，薙棘出凤凰。
尚可存孑遗，耕稼纳官仓。
失今不早计，如水决堤防。
而后事堙筑，劳费何可当。
走闻疽初生，灼艾最为良。
焮成施剜割，所忧动膏盲。
边戎大重寄，得人则金汤。
龚遂到渤海，盗贼还农桑。
张纲入广陵，健儿跪如羊。
苟能任仁智，勿使憸邪妨。
孟门虽险艰，可使成康庄。
走非慕爵赏，自鬻求荐扬。
痛惜休明时，消息无其方。
又不忍乡里，鞠为狐兔场。
陈词未及终，涕泣下滂滂。
旁观发上指，侧听心中伤。
天路阻且修，不得羽翼翔。
可怜涸辙鱼，待汲西江长。
况有蛟与虬，磨牙塞川梁。

刘基（1311年7月1日－1375年5月16日）字伯温，谥曰文成，元末明初杰出的军事谋略家、政治家、文学家和思想家，明朝开国元勋，汉族，浙江文成南田（原属青田）人，故时人称他刘青田，明洪武三年（1370）封诚意伯，人们又称他刘诚意。武宗正德九年追赠太师，谥号文成，后人又称他刘文成、文成公。他以神机妙算、运筹帷幄著称于世。刘伯温是中国古代的一位传奇人物，至今在中国大陆、港澳台乃至东南亚、日韩等地仍有广泛深厚的民间影响力。
