乌蛮遗种称罗鬼，剽悍断头能掉尾。传从济火年代深，世土居然属宣慰。
我从里俗询大概。复取兴衰质诸史。中古荒茫不足论，渊源请自先朝始。
洪武初年祸乱平，远略伧荒来越巂。是时奢香一巾帼，跃马金陵谒天子。
承恩归去立奇功，一诺西南九驿通。却笑五丁开不到，乱山高下隔蚕丛。
二百余年太平业，世世分藩比臣妾。后来生聚启规模，四十八支互蟠结。
别开荆莽起台殿，硐户碉房高栉栉。已分王土作王臣，旋练夷兵护夷穴。
剁牛磔犬片言重，聚蚁屯蜂一呼集。布囊笼发毡覆肩，负弩操刀轻出没。
泰和功烈汾阳亚，神庙中年平播贼。当时亦用水西兵，驱使前行借余力。
酿成殃祸启祯朝，杀吏围城气渐骄。深宫南顾鞭难及，诸将西征功屡邀。
土司如狼吏如鼠，八捷余威弃归路。内庄一夜陨河魁，明日三军齐缟素。
眼中大创真无几，可惜偷安旋就抚。阁鸦关外晓传烽，霭翠营南夜鸣鼓。
迩来桑海变须臾，此辈根株未尽除。夷性陆梁还似故，朝家谋略故非疏。
经营特借强藩力，辛苦开疆一载余。至今父老犹能说，墨守输攻真劲敌。
老窠地险石作城，要陕不容双骑入。铜牙毒矢毙濡缕，竹柄长矛利钩棘。
马蹄过岭捷于猱，革甲环身轻似叶。连宵斫阵万炬明，散入深林晓无迹。
蛇神虫鬼助饕虐，飞食人头吐人血。砦前路断临奔壑，失势一摧千万尺。
四山伐木斫作厢，裹用牛皮冒生铁。石椒悬縆下槌门，雷斧轰天巨灵劈。
攀藤健儿气力尽，拍手蛮娘笑投石。重围坐困又经时，转粟方愁乏良策。
岂知存灭总关天，渠首终成戏下悬。万岭提封开四郡，一朝腥秽涤千年。
自此岩疆少蜂虿，余威远慑诸苗砦。空留徼外廓清功，自蹈人间僣亡罪。
此日重劳问罪师，乌飞三匝失栖枝。忽传耐德生还日，赵氏中山尚有儿。
乌蒙犄角称甥舅，曾是安坤旧婚媾。也挈遗孤代乞哀，复归故土希恩宥。
颇闻军令竞邀驩，满许闲田复见还。土贡纷纷呈铁踣，庚苴往往赐银盘。
寄语封疆诸大吏，从前开辟谈何易。莫贪扯手纳金钱，此事孤雏有深意。
输粮禽贼尔何功，王会图成戎索同。不见天心今厌乱，战场新鬼尽英雄。

查慎行（1650～1727） 清代诗人，当代著名作家金庸先祖。初名嗣琏，字夏重，号查田；后改名慎行，字悔余，号他山，赐号烟波钓徒，晚年居于初白庵，所以又称查初白。海宁袁花（今属浙江）人。康熙四十二年(1703)进士；特授翰林院编修，入直内廷。五十二年（1713），乞休归里，家居10余年。雍正四年（1726），因弟查嗣庭讪谤案，以家长失教获罪，被逮入京，次年放归，不久去世。查慎行诗学东坡、放翁，尝注苏诗。自朱彝尊去世后，为东南诗坛领袖。著有《他山诗钞》。
