崇宁四年二月吉，臣京奉敕书党籍。首编元祐终元符，所在郡司咸勒石。
大书深刻何煌煌，执政待制分班行。聿从章相初定案，七十三人已滥觞。
子瞻儋州子由雷，分地各就名偏旁。兹更增列三百九，直空人国无留良。
殁者追夺生者窜，并禁子孙仕朝堂。兼有曾持绍述议，亦得附骥分余光。
问胡作此一网计，众正登朝我将弃。遂甘铸铁错竟成，肯令死灰焰重炽。
剪除异己期必尽，威福横行乃无忌。太师原是一魔君，谬托左元仙伯位，龙脑烟浮别院香，鹑羹命贱行厨味。
比邻侍女知避名，天子姻家亲赐醉。回礼南迁诸党人，瘴雨蛮烟葬无地。
穷荒僦屋方坐愁，相府歌钟正得意。岂知公道昭日星，锢之愈力名愈馨。
朝端枉矜九州鼎，天下已诵千佛经，磨砻贞石妙镌刻，翻似为作功德铭。
呜呼权奸所争亦细故，祇此目前富贵具。庸知数十年荣华，不过蜉蝣一旦暮。
何苦抵死仇正人，徒供千载嬉笑怒。冰山他日况崩摧，白头也赴长沙路。
桃花三树诏勒回，东明佛镫黑如雾。一样投荒作逐臣，乘比诸贤多臭腐。
相传星变已毁碑，此碑何以完无亏。想因桂管地僻左，深岩无人施斧椎。
碑阴不镌刻工某，毋乃亦是安民为。沈侯好古拓一纸，铁画银钩坛绝技。
一点金锋虽兆乱，临池功深物秀美。惜哉若亦作清流，故自不减苏黄米。

赵翼（1727年～1814年1月10日）清代文学家、史学家。字云崧，一字耘崧，号瓯北，又号裘萼，晚号三半老人，汉族，江苏阳湖（今江苏省常州市）人。乾隆二十六年进士。官至贵西兵备道。旋辞官，主讲安定书院。长于史学，考据精赅。论诗主“独创”，反摹拟。五、七言古诗中有些作品，嘲讽理学，隐寓对时政的不满之情，与袁枚、张问陶并称清代性灵派三大家。所著《廿二史札记》与王鸣盛《十七史商榷》、钱大昕《二十二史考异》合称清代三大史学名著。
