阇黎信耆㝛，貌古神清完。如尚处榛狉，未入今世间。
与之论俗情，钝若椎刺穿。几昧马几足，况识机械干。
见人辄谈法，不视憎喜颜。科判舍经本，诵解波澜翻。
剖晰义微妙，贤首及慈恩。古说久蒙晦，光明兴舌端。
乃知其中利，凛然持太渊。闻者无愚知，悟解增悲欢。
嗟我尝脩心，勤在此生前。自从一念失，漂转来尘寰。
譬若乘蜀舟，东下三峡关。迅忽造海壖，矫首求西还。
溯流青天上，得不劳且艰。爱师秉直心，启子三昧门。
师亦喜我意，不谓鄙且顽。相从宜不厌，勿论暑与寒。

姚鼐（nài）（1731～1815）清代著名散文家，与方苞、刘大櫆并称为“桐城三祖”。字姬传，一字梦谷，室名惜抱轩（在今桐城中学内），世称惜抱先生、姚惜抱，安徽桐城人。乾隆二十八年（1763）中进士，任礼部主事、四库全书纂修官等，年才四十，辞官南归，先后主讲于扬州梅花、江南紫阳、南京钟山等地书院四十多年。著有《惜抱轩全集》等，曾编选《古文辞类纂》。
