宋代：白玉蟾
乌飞金，兔走玉，
三界一粒粟。山河大地几年尘，
阴阳颠倒入玄谷。人生石火电光中，
数枚客鹊枝头宿。桑田沧海春复秋，
乾坤不放坎离休。九天高处风月冷，
神仙肚里无闲愁。世间学仙者，
胸襟变清鸦。丹经未读望飞升，
指影谈空相诳嚇。有时驰骋三寸舌，
或在街头佯做哑。正中恐有邪，
真里须辨假。若是清虚泠澹人，
身外无物赤洒洒。都来聚气与凝神，
要炼金丹赚几人。引贼入家开宝藏，
不知身外更藏身。身外有身身里觅，
冲虚和气一壶春。生擒六贼手，
活嚼三尸口。三尸六贼本来无，
尽从心里忙中有。玉帝非惟惜诏书，
且要神气相保守。此神此气结真精，
唤作纯阳周九九。此时方曰圣胎圆，
万丈崖头翻筋斗。铅汞若粪土，
龙虎如鸡狗。白金黑锡几千般，
水银朱砂相鼓诱。白雪黄芽自无形，
华池神水无泉溜。不解回头一看子，
冲风冒雨四方走。四方走，
要寻师，寻得邪师指授时，
迷迷相指可怜伊。大道不离方寸地，
工夫细密有行持。非存思，
非举意，非是身中运精气。
一关要锁百关牢，转身一路真容易。
无心之心无有形，无中养就婴儿灵。
学仙学到婴儿处，月在寒潭静处明。
枯木生花却外香，海翁时与白鸥盟。
片饷工夫容易做，大丹只是片时成。
执著奇言并怪语，万千譬喻今如许。
生也由他死由他，只要自家做得主。
空中云，也可缚。
水中月，也可捉。
一气结成物，气足分天地。
天地本无心，二气自然是。
万物有荣枯，大数有终始。
会得先天本自然，便是性命真根蒂。
道德五千言，阴符三百字。
形神与性命，身心与神气。
交媾成大宝，即是金丹理。
世人多执著，权将有作归无作。
猛烈丈夫能领畧，试把此言闲处嚼。
若他往古圣贤人，立教化人俱不错。
况能蓦直迳路行，一条直上三清阁。
三清阁下一团髓，昼夜瑶光光烁烁。
云谷道人仙中人，骨气秀茂真磊落。
年来多被红尘缚，六十四年都是错。
刮开尘垢肯豁开，长啸一声归去来。
神仙伎俩无多子，只是人间一味呆，
忽然也解到蓬莱。武夷散人与君说，
见君真个神仙骨。我今也不炼形神，
或要放颠或放劣。寒时自有丹田火，
饥时只喫琼湖雪。前年仙师寄书归，
道我有名在金阙。闲名落世收不回，
而今心行尤其乘。那堪玉帝见怜我，
诏我归时未肯哉。

白玉蟾（1194 - ？），南宋时人，祖籍福建闽清，生于海南琼州，内丹理论家。南宗的实际创立者，创始金丹派南宗，金丹派南五祖之一。生卒年待考，原名葛长庚，本姓葛，名长庚。字如晦，号琼琯，自称神霄散史，海南道人，琼山老人，武夷散人。幼聪慧，谙九经，能诗赋，长于书画，12岁时举童子科，作《织机》诗；才华横溢，著作甚丰。自幼从陈楠学丹法，嘉定五年（1212）八月秋，再遇陈楠于罗浮山，得授金丹火候诀并五雷大法。
