生长海之滨，所遇无全慧。徒知读父书，颇与闻祖制。
洪武庚戌诏，创科草昧际。时务需直陈，简略在文艺。
宋解拔时流，造士归纯粹。累叶儒风开，恩数超无二。
肃皇典礼兴，考官不称意。剔发自英裁，臣躯甘杖毙。
自怜轮囷非，不中万乘器。弱冠遇神祖，得事今皇帝。
父也入省垣，分直聊班侍。谏劄传人口，金貂侧目视。
贱子乃循资，谬登大藩使。副考旷虚怀，房司遵约誓。
一展生平愚，以兹当献替。未晓三人声，先徵五云瑞。
驰阙进天子，微文谅不讳。稽首论大权，睿聪幸蚤计。
泯泯圣明忧，将踵汉唐季。几回矢剑心，廷槛高睥睨。
前贤四谏称，闻之有馀愧。翰苑忝虚名，耳食思罗致。
内外互夤缘，同朝工餂试。郿坞棹题新，乞我元勋字。
餤我以迁除，嚇我以械繫。闻此愤填膺，拒客动高詈。
我生命在天，区区敢为祟。肯以笔劄劳，而供粪除隶。
中旨固隐微，实与此时值。贤书等罪书，所坐应谤诽。
父已驻天南，褫夺伤连累。一门霹雳加，妻子旅魂悸。
去国极跄踉，中途粮不继。痡卧长江干，伯为拂行袂。
入门粲华发，惊喜若梦寐。母氏慰劳深，父也从容示。
畴昔省垣中，久已灼此事。累若或非恩，偕隐多君赐。
我躬不阅后，动色皆顾忌。丧箸疾雷周，高天何日霁。
瓜葛尽株蔓，四方走缇骑。诏狱剥群绅，有若游屠肆。
出守满边津，体貌淩大吏。翼虎各负嵎，可怜鹰鼠辈。
九列厚奴颜，三台率灶媚。尸祝流藩镇，茅土爵延世。
不避劝进名，且援专征例。污淖太学傍，推崇配礿祭。
筑怨归大工，沈冤激天地。辇毂千家裂，数里轰震异。
煨烬朝天宫，虐燄乃益炽。司马发危言，弃之若敝屣。
片语下纶扉，敷张代圣制。尽倒文翰权，苦欲钳一切。
属意科场规，亶亶申重厉。钩党举臣名，招摇学术伪。
倡和一至今，文网密穷治。草莽实不才，毋乃拾其细。
缥缈章句馀，反复深知戾。淰汵秋风飘，耗尽江湖泪。
耳垣正有人，援毫一申记。有砚终须瘗，有口合先闭。

（1596—1647）明末广东南海人，字集生，号秋涛。万历四十七年进士。授编修。天启四年典浙江乡试，发策刺魏忠贤，削籍。崇祯初起故官，累迁礼部右侍郎，以故除名归。南明弘光帝起为礼部尚书，未至，南京已陷，桂王朱由榔称帝肇庆，授为东阁大学士兼兵部尚书。起兵攻广州，兵败被执死。谥文忠。有《云淙集》、《练要堂稿》、《南宫集》。
