先民至论推天常，补袞扶世为儒方。
圜冠博带不知本，樗栎安可施青黄。
帝图日盛人世出，今吾永叔诚有望。
处心学士贵适用，异端莫得窥其墙。
子年五月范京兆，服天子命临鄱阳。
二贤拜疏赎其罪，势若止沸反扬汤。
敕令百执无越位，谏垣何以敢封囊。
哀来激愤抑复奋，强食不得下喉吭。
位卑无路自闻达，目视云阙高苍茫。
裁书数幅责司谏，落笔騄骥腾康庄。
刃迎缕析解统要，其间大意可得详。
书曰希文有本末，学通古今气果刚。
始自理官来祕阁，不五六岁为天章。
上心倚若左右手，日备顾问邻清光。
苟尔希文实邪佞，曷不开口论否臧。
阴观被谴始丑诋，摧枯拉腐奚为彊。
儻曰希文实贤士，因言被责庸何伤。
汉杀王章与长倩，当时岂曰诛贤良。
惟时谏官亦结舌，不曰可谏曰罪当。
遂今百世览前史，往往心愤涕洒滂。
斯言感切固已至，读者不得令激昂。
岂图反我为怨府，袖书乞怜天子傍。
谪官一邑固分耳，恨不剖腹呈琳琅。
我嗟时辈识君浅，但推藻翰高文场。
斯人满腹有儒术，使之得地能施张。
皇家太平几百载，正当鉴古修纪纲。

蔡襄（1012年3月7日－1067年9月27日），字君谟，汉族，兴化军仙游县（今枫亭镇青泽亭）人。北宋著名书法家、政治家、茶学家。蔡襄任泉州知府时，主持建造了中国现存年代最早的跨海梁式大石桥泉州洛阳桥；任福建路转运使时，倡植福州至漳州700里驿道松；在建州时，主持制作武夷茶精品“小龙团”，所著《茶录》总结了古代制茶、品茶的经验。所著《荔枝谱》被称赞为“世界上第一部果树分类学著作”。蔡襄工书法，诗文清妙，其书法浑厚端庄，淳淡婉美，自成一体，为“宋四家”之一。有《蔡忠惠公全集》。
