优诏将州任，视政才旬时。
田畯诉炎暵，坐虞多稼萎。
云将掉头去，波臣涸辙危。
行部殊未及，随车杳难期。
往惭神父化，徒令旱母嗤。
诸曹白事者，雩典举旧规。
郡北岐棘山，上有三湫池。
衙吏洁斋往，汲水置缥瓷。
朝服领巫觋，诘旦迓诸岐。
舁以结彩舆，奉以五龙祠。
自是率宾介，寅午款于斯。
纷敷荐楮镪，浸渍洒杨枝。
瓦炉松香髓，匏樽黍酌醨。
四壁绘神变，正筵塑灵仪。
悕若叶公牖，怪甚葛仙陂。
老觋十数辈，勃屑头如魌。
童巫及伶倡，貌寝语喽哂。
但多瓮盎质，曾乏婉娈姿。
交手操铃拂，合譟屡僛僛。
喧尘著蓬发，秽汗落粉颐。
一问且一呕，掩鼻以帨褵。
朝隮蔚旋败，成震巽散之。
巽风暮欲息，竅行呼复来。
慢黩固已甚，诞妄相凭随。
如是者浃日，仅得沾服滋。
嗟予政无状，百拜胡敢辞。
矧夫民习俗，姑用慰齎咨。
抑闻古人言，天鉴本无私。
神道贵得一，何乃托邪师。
遽俾送湫勺，撤役勤蠒丝。
申明恤刑诏，梃重舍轻疑。
从此四三日，油霈洽封圻。
又闻尧汤世，水旱轸君慈。
振救自有术，敛散适所宜。
元元无菜色，九载尚熙熙。
周礼地官职，皇舞虽有祈。
道经莅天下，伤民诚弗为。
惟神禀聪正，远鬼务肃祗。
愿守有常德，可戒兴妖思。

（971—1031）宋大名人，字子仪。真宗咸平元年进士。杨亿试选人校太清楼书，擢第一，以大理评事为秘阁校理，预修图经及《册府元龟》。真宗、仁宗两朝，屡知制诰及知贡举，预修国史。尝拒草丁谓复相位制。官至翰林学士承旨兼龙图阁直学士，终知庐州。工诗，与杨亿时号“杨刘”。与杨亿、钱惟演等合编《西昆酬唱集》，后世称“西昆体”。有《刑法叙略》、《册府应言》、《玉堂集》等。
