南北朝：沈约
朝发披香殿，夕济汾阴河。
译文：早上离开汉代后宫，晚上度过汾水。
注释：披香殿：汉后宫宫殿之一。济：渡。汾阴：地名。在今山西省万荣县境内。因在汾水之南而名。汉武帝时曾于此得宝鼎。汾阴河，似指汾水。
于兹怀九逝，自此敛双蛾。
译文：此时已远离故乡离匈奴更近了，不由得黯然魂逝，自此双眉紧锁，愁苦满怀。
注释：怀：怀念。胸怀。九逝：几度飞逝。谓因深思而心灵不安。双蛾：一双蛾眉。
沾妆如湛露，绕臆状流波。
译文：沾在粉妆上的泪水犹如浓重的露水，泪水环绕眼睑状似流波。
注释：沾妆：接触化妆。湛露：浓重的露水。绕臆：绕心得胸臆，缠绕的臆想。状：形状似。流波：流水。比喻晶莹流转的眼波。
日见奔沙起，稍觉转蓬多。
译文：每天可见之处风沙奔腾，随风飘转的蓬草也随处可见。
注释：奔沙：奔腾的风沙。稍觉：逐渐觉得。转蓬：随风飘转的蓬草。
朔风犯肌骨，非直伤绮罗。
译文：外凛冽的寒风，不仅侵透了身上的绮罗，深入骨髓。
注释：朔风：寒风、西北风。肌骨：肌肤和骨头。非直：不是直接。绮罗：有文采的轻纱罗衣。我意，指美人。
衔涕试南望，关山郁嵯峨。
译文：南望故国泪流满面，然而关山阻隔再不能回去。
注释：衔涕：含着泪涕。试：尝试。郁：郁郁葱葱。嵯峨：山高峻貌。
始作阳春曲，终成苦寒歌。
译文：试图用欢乐的曲子排遣心中的哀怨，始终无法弹出。
注释：阳春曲：古曲。苦寒歌：古词牌。
惟有三五夜，明月暂经过。
译文：南归无望，日后唯有每月十五的夜晚，月圆之时，聊以望月来寄托相思之情。
注释：三五：十五，半月。

沈约（441~513年），字休文，汉族，吴兴武康（今浙江湖州德清）人，南朝史学家、文学家。出身于门阀士族家庭，历史上有所谓“江东之豪，莫强周、沈”的说法，家族社会地位显赫。祖父沈林子，宋征虏将军。父亲沈璞，宋淮南太守，于元嘉末年被诛。沈约孤贫流离，笃志好学，博通群籍，擅长诗文。历仕宋、齐、梁三朝。在宋仕记室参军、尚书度支郎。著有《晋书》、《宋书》、《齐纪》、《高祖纪》、《迩言》、《谥例》、《宋文章志》，并撰《四声谱》。作品除《宋书》外，多已亡佚。
