疏疏淡淡，问阿谁、堪比天真颜色。笑杀东君虚占断，多少朱朱白白。雪里温柔，水边明秀，不借春工力。骨清香嫩，迥然天与奇绝。
译文：梅花开枝头，枝头花影稀疏、花色浅浅，那天真自然的颜色何人能与之媲美？东君统领下的百花颜色绚丽、身姿百态，却无一株能有梅花之神韵，实乃可笑呀！梅花生长于水边，迎雪绽放，不借春风之力便能肆意绽放。玉洁冰清、香嫩魂冷，骨格奇绝，其品格超凡入圣。
注释：阿谁：疑问代词。犹言谁，何人。东君：司春之神。
尝记宝篽寒轻，琐窗人睡起，玉纤轻摘。漂泊天涯空瘦损，犹有当年标格。万里风烟，一溪霜月，未怕欺他得。不如归去，阆苑有个人忆。
译文：还记得它曾经迎寒自开，被那梦醒后的佳人隔窗轻摘，插戴鬓边，是何等的荣耀。现在虽然飘泊天涯，形体消瘦，但风韵仍不减当年，依然冰清高洁、傲骨无双。不管是万里风烟还是一溪寒月，都未能欺侮得了它。不如远离这尘世喧嚣，归入山林，至少仙宫中还有个人在想念它。
注释：篽：禁苑。琐窗：为雕刻或绘有连环形花纹之窗。标格：风范，风度。阆苑：传说中在昆仑山之巅，是西王母居住的地方。在诗词中常用来泛指神仙居住的地方。

辛弃疾（1140－1207），南宋词人。原字坦夫，改字幼安，别号稼轩，汉族，历城（今山东济南）人。出生时，中原已为金兵所占。21岁参加抗金义军，不久归南宋。历任湖北、江西、湖南、福建、浙东安抚使等职。一生力主抗金。曾上《美芹十论》与《九议》，条陈战守之策。其词抒写力图恢复国家统一的爱国热情，倾诉壮志难酬的悲愤，对当时执政者的屈辱求和颇多谴责；也有不少吟咏祖国河山的作品。题材广阔又善化用前人典故入词，风格沉雄豪迈又不乏细腻柔媚之处。由于辛弃疾的抗金主张与当政的主和派政见不合，后被弹劾落职，退隐江西带湖。
