画毂雕鞍狭路逢，一声肠断绣帘中。身无彩凤双飞翼，心有灵犀一点通。
译文：在大路上驾驶着一辆装饰华丽的马车正在赶路，恰好与心上人巧遇，女子在绣帘后面发出了一声令人肝肠寸断的娇呼，那离别的痛苦真是难以形容。只恨自己身上没有长出彩凤那样的两只翅膀，可以随时飞到心上人的身边，不过幸运的是两个人的心，可以像灵异的犀牛角那样，让两个人无时无刻不是心意相通的。
注释：鹧（zhè）鸪（gū）天：词牌名，又名“思佳客”、“于中好”。双调，五十五字，押平声韵。画毂：用五彩装饰的车。身无彩凤双飞翼，心有灵犀（xī）一点通：出自晚唐诗人李商隐《无题》诗，指心意相通，互相都明白对方的想法。灵犀：犀牛的角。据古书中记载，有种犀牛的角被称为“通天犀”，这种犀牛的角上有一条白线，通过白线可以互相传递信息，人们视其为灵异之物，故称灵犀。
金作屋，玉为笼，车如流水马游龙。刘郎已恨蓬山远，更隔蓬山几万重。
译文：想当初两个人厮守的时候，真可以说是生活在金屋玉笼之中，与他们来往的人很多，家门前面经常是车水马龙。可是情郎一走，两个人相隔着万里蓬山，看不到心上人的面容，听不到心上人的声音，到底什么时候才能够再见面呢？那绵绵不尽的相思之情，到什么时候才能够停止呢！
注释：金作屋：暗用汉武帝“金屋藏娇”的典故。词中用来指宫女居住在豪华幽深的后宫。刘郎：指刘晨；蓬山：指蓬莱山，古代传说中的三神山之一，词中泛指神仙居处。

宋祁（998～1061）北宋文学家。字子京，安州安陆（今湖北安陆）人，后徙居开封雍丘（今河南杞县）。天圣二年进士，官翰林学士、史馆修撰。与欧阳修等合修《新唐书》，书成，进工部尚书，拜翰林学士承旨。卒谥景文，与兄宋庠并有文名，时称“二宋”。诗词语言工丽，因《玉楼春》词中有“红杏枝头春意闹”句，世称“红杏尚书”。
